Title: Consistent WiFi Issues Unresolved Despite Good Customer ServiceI recently had the opportunity to use RocketFibre's internet service for around 2yrs. While my overall experience had its positives, recurring and unresolved issues with the WiFi dropping out left me with no choice but to cancel my service.One aspect that stood out positively was the initial response to my frequent incidents. RocketFibre's customer service team was prompt and courteous in addressing my concerns, and their communication was excellent. They consistently followed up on the ongoing issues, which gave me hope for a resolution.Unfortunately, the ongoing WiFi dropouts were not resolved, and this greatly impacted my experience. Despite raising the incidents with RocketFibre multiple times, they were unable to provide a lasting solution. As a result, my frustration grew over time, and the inconvenience of regularly interrupted internet access became unbearable.The inability to rectify the WiFi issues drastically affected my customer experience. Internet connectivity is vital in today's world, and if a service provider cannot ensure a reliable connection, it significantly diminishes the value of their service. Ultimately, I had no other option but to cancel my subscription.While I appreciate RocketFibre's efforts in responding to my issues, I believe their focus should be on finding effective solutions that guarantee a stable internet connection. It is disappointing to have experienced good customer service but still face ongoing technical difficulties.I hope RocketFibre takes this feedback constructively and strives to improve their service reliability for future customers.

Highly recommend this broadband the connection is strong and steady. Setting up was easy and customer service helped me get the best out of the service. All in all good price and good internet !!

Service is great, had an issue with my router being delivered by dpd to which they didn’t help much when asked for assistance, but rocketfibre’s customer service was great and helped me a lot. Only other issue I had was todo with the OFNL ONT box, I have to run additional Ethernet cables to have my router in the lounge and for devices in my house to be hard wired.

I have recently moved from BT to Rocket Fibre and can honestly say its been a pleasure between the smooth transition to also the support via their customer portal being able to raise tickets and then get guided support from their team.Highly recommended broadband company and good value for money.

Have been a customer for roughly one month. So far, provided services and customer support are excellent. Worth noting that I use my own router (can be any wifi router that supports pppoe) configured with auto reset each morning at 6 am to clear logs and buffers. Connection is stable and has been a joy to use. Highly recommended!

I've just moved from VirginMedia to RocketFibre. The process was super easy and simple, my connection was installed in rapid time. I chose to use my own router, and then learned that it was not capable of handling the new connection speed. Tom @ RocketFibre support was simply AMAZING!. Super quick responses, patience, and even offered to remotely connect and assist me with troubleshooting. All this when I was using my OWN router and not theirs. Tom even went on to sending me a new router (NEXT DAY!) that resolved the issue instantly. I work in IT and this level of support is not seen in the big companies. So glad I switched to RocketFibre. Sky, BT and Virginmedia finally have some decent competition. F.Y.I I'm now paying a 3rd of what Virginmedia were charging me (1gb Up and Down) and they can't even match that.

Made an enquiry about possibly using their service now that Full Fibre is now available in our area courtesy of City Fibre. Sent two messages on their website and messaged them on social media with no response for over two weeks. I'll just probably move to another provider like iDnet ( great reviews) or stick with Zen Broadband .

Rocket Speed Fibre Internet at a competitive price!I moved into a new build property and discovered that the fibre to home was part of the OFNL network and not the usual OpenReach. Did some research and spoke to people regarding the best ISP options available on OFNL and was recommended to try Rocket Fibre. Compared to the other providers, Rocket Fibre's monthly subscription was one of the cheapest and their signup charges were reasonable too. I opted for their default router, which by the way is free if you go with a 12 month subscription. The router was delivered on the day of activation and it was already pre-configured. All I had to do was connect it to the ONT and voila! The router powered up and instantly got me hooked onto the internet. I had my reservations about these non-mainstream ISPs but Rocket Fibre made me feel otherwise. If you are on OFNL, I 'd highly recommend you give Rocket Fibre a go. You won't be disappointed.

Internet with a good speed (I have a 900mbps in Manchester) but I'm first time in the UK and made mistake with my post code. They demanded to pay 30£ for a post code changing. It's only two clicks of a mouse button and you fined me for a 30£ ? I will not use this service in the next time. They legally theft my money. I told them politely to change it fo free but money more important for them than customers.
