Always so lively to my mother. Amazing service.

Very happy and nice and accommodating people work here. All the team knew what they were doing but for a change from other opticians I never felt pressurised. I quite enjoyed using these guys. They didn't moan when I had to change my appointment times on more than one occasion either which was nice I thought.

The staff were so helpful and explained everything very clearly. I went to the audiology side. Would definitely recommend.

I decided to take my son to Scrivens because the day before i came, i saw old couple came there and they were welcomed very well, the staff were very friendly to them. And my decision was right, we were welcomed the same way. And my son got the best service there. The optometrist Hamza is very professional, he's very patient with my son and explained everything to me and my husband thoroughly. The ladies helped my son with choosing the eyeglasses and arranging the next appointment. I got a text message as well as a reminder. I didn't regret my decision to go there, compare to the popular company on the other side, Scrivens makes you feel home, they don't just give you a 10 minute service and put you under pressure because of the queue. I highly recommend Scrivens to everyone.

We had a great experience with the audiologist,he was very patient with my dad, explaining all he needed to know. The staff and service here are amazing. Thorough eye exam and staff were helpful and honest when I was choosing new frames without being pushy. Very reasonable prices for frames with excellent choice. Hearing services also available.
