Beautiful flowers, very reliable service. Flowers delivered on time and ticket hand written as per instruction. This wasn’t easy as the ticket was in foreign language. Will definitely use this florist again. Wife was very happy lady.

I ordered flowers for a friend who lost her husband recently. I ordered on line as time I was short on time. They were delivered on the day I ordered them even though it was quite a distance. She is delighted with the flowers and said they are beautiful.I always try to order from Ralph and Rita's as they have never let me down and I like to support local businesses. I called early this morning from the USA for a delivery to the University of Essex. I spoke with Sadie over the phone who was incredibly sweet and helped me out. My partner studying for her Masters very much enjoys the arrangement and I could not be happier with how kind, quick, and lovely this local shop turned out to be. I am so thankful. Will keep in mind for future deliveries!

Carol was so helpful and kind from start to finish when I chose to order my wedding flowers. She was full of helpful suggestions, when I had no idea where to start. The end result was beautifully finished bouquets and button holes, all fresh flowers and each slightly different to make me, my Dad, my Groom, my bridesmaid and the Best Man all co-ordinate but be individual. I'd enquired at other florists in the area which failed to impress and went with Ralph & Rita because they were so personal and really seemed to care. Highly recommend in all ways possible - thank you so so much!!
