Had a good experience there. My glasses lost a screw whilst at work. I popped in there and they could not be more helful. They are very professional and will always offer fajr priced frames

Everything's ok except a Chap in Scrivens portrayed an arrogant manner when explaining details of hearing aids. It was not necessary and in could be have been dealt with much better. Surprising to think he might have missed the lessons about public relations.

I took my 5yr old great granddaughter for her first eye test and she was very anxious, the young man was brilliant he chatted to her didn't rush her, gave her time to see what he was doing. By the time she left she was back to her usual happy self. Well worth taking your child to this place.

took my new specs for a minor adjustment yesterday - i was asked to sanitize my hands and wash the specs with the fluid provided. i was then asked to sit 6 ft away while a member of staff collected my specs for the adjustment. he did not wash his hands and only put gloves on after the minor adjustment was made. i felt that i had been put at risk by this staff member. virus does not only travel from customer to staff but also the other way round.
