I know these guys had a very tough 2020 with the boss nearly losing his life! What a great comeback! He refunded myself after 5 months and told me that each and every customer that was let down with orders was spoken to personally by him and refunded as soon as he came out of hospital. That’s a true businessman and a genuine gentleman.Just a shame people didn’t know that they were closed at the time for this reason but I can understand from their point of view also. Wish him all the luck as my business has grown from strength to strength because of Clearance King.

Brilliant customer service! Our business desperately needed an order for next day delivery and the team were very helpful and got this despatched for us - have used several times before as well and never had any issues. Would definitely recommend!

After reading some very negative reviews I made an appointment and explained I wanted to visit for my piece of mind.The person on the phone was very friendly and even though they had no appointments available he still fitted me in!I was shocked to see so much variety and a proper warehouse that was bigger than I thought!First order placed and received in 2 days! Best find! Looking forward to working with this great business on a long term basis. :)

My first experience with this company was nothing less that excellent! The staff were helpful, friendly and very patient - answering all my questions prior to placing my order! Placed my order after much deliberation and called the office to check delivery etc. - they explained the whole process and even went to check that my order was complete and packed ready to go. They promised me a delivery date of my choice and they fulfilled their promise and exceeded all my expectations. What a great team they are - special thanks to Michelle, Shaz and the gentleman who personally went to check my order was complete and ready for dispatch for the promised delivery date ( next day!). They keep their promises and I had an excellent customer journey - will definitely use them again without hesitation. Thank you so much for your brilliant service.

We cannot fault the service from Clearance King. They bend over backwards to help. Orders are normally sent out promptly - this time we were in a hurry and phoned them to expedite it and they sent it out the next day. No quibble.They use DPD so, with their 1 hour window we get notification when they are coming and don't have to waste a day hanging around.On top of this, we have been absolutely delighted with not only the quality of the products we have received from them, but also the price. This enables us to not only stock a good variety of products, but also know that our customers will be delighted with their purchases.Top company.

Great service and great prices. Order arrived exactly on time and the communication was first class. Will definitely use again. Me and my wife buy from the wholesaler for our amazon business and the experience is fantastic. Some positives include:1. Wholesaler invoices with UPC and EAN codes. This helps with any product compliance issues.2. Easy to navigate website and quick order facility.3. Extremely extremely competitive prices and I mean super competitive we easily have 40 percent ROI on some items we sell.4. Quick delivery usually 3-5 days and in some instances we got our delivery in 2 days.5. Products always packed well and never ever have we had any damage.One improvement is that it would be nice to have a seperate “new products” page updates on a fortnightly basis so that we can find new product opportunities.Other than that this is a very good wholesaler for fast and light items.Thanks to everyone at clearance king team also your new website does look really nice.

I would AVOID this company...! Looks like rating is based on paid reviews..! I was fooled by it, First time ordered from them and had a issue of missing items, firstly took ages for them to reply (still not resolved) on top they are good are accusing our self and DPD for the missing items. looks like company is ran by bunch of crooks who have no sense of customer service. you ring them up with your order issue and they will refer to email them. BECAREFUL A lot of their products are short dated, Damage boxes, Old stock full covered in dust, difficult to sell in retail. So please be careful when placing order. If this review doesn't make a difference for you.. And still want to buy from this company because of their cheap price products I would highly recommend to pay via PayPal that way at least your covered. Because trust me they will not give your money back if your missing items...!

Had a really positive experience with Clearance King, DPD failed to collect a delivery from them for us, so the owner of the business got in his car and dropped it off personally. Good guy.

I ordered for the first time from this company last week, it was a test order to see what the quality of their products were like. i am pleased to say that I was able to go to their facility and pick the order up, it was ready and was checked onto my vehicle. On arrival back at base I was able to look at everything, all was packaged well, altogether a painless experience. I ordered a far bigger shipment and I hope to do a lot more business with them.
