Greenwich Express Dry Cleaners

I am so delighted with my experience at Greenwich Express. The lady who runs the store (whose name I can't remember) is wonderfully friendly, and was totally upfront with me that the alterations I was asking for might not be possible. But my jeans came back with the alterations made, and they look great! The price was really reasonable as well. I would definitely come back in the future.

Incompetent. They ruined 1 dress, there were residual stains on a suit and they did not make the repairs that they promised. We also many many trips to try to get it done properly. They even charged us full price for the cleaning. We will not be coming back.

I decided to try it as it was cheaper. I am very happy with the service. It is quick! Good price for dry-cleaning. I also sent a down coat for lining alterations? 5 days service was done and great! I highly recommend. And the staff is also very friendly

I absolutely love this place. I was drawn to it in the first place because it looks so clean and neat from outside and it is even better from the inside. We take clothes every week and they always come back perfect. Ciydem is absolutely lovely - she always remembers who we are and is warm and friendly and makes me want to keep going back.

I am absolutely appalled over the service I received from Whiteleys dry cleaners. As a specialist wedding dress cleaners (the reason I chose them), I think they have done a terrible job in cleaning my dress. Firstly, I waited 8 weeks for it when I was told it would be 5-6 weeks. I was told I would be called when it was ready and I wasn’t. I had to keep calling to chase it. When I finally got it back, it still have clumps of grass and mud in it, suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned at all and instead had sat in a bag for 8 weeks. I rang back to complain and they were far from apologetic, saying how they can’t promise anything as it was a delicate material. But the grass and mud suggests they didn’t even try. They said they would take it back again and do it, which in fairness they did, but unfortunately, there are still clumps of grass at the bottom of the dress. At £165, I definitely expected better. Avoid this cleaner at all costs.

I've used this Dry Cleaners a few times now and I'm really impressed with their service. The dry cleaning is good - had a blazer that I new was going to be a hard clean and they managed to get it clean. Have had a few alterations done which have all come out great. The staff are helpful and friendly too! They're really accommodating and really want to help customers.The prices are also super reasonable!

Had to wait over a month for compensation after two sets of white bedsheets came back pink. Had to chase on multiple occasions and attend the store on multiple occasions only to be told that they had forgotten each time.

I have used their services for over a year now: very reasonable price, card payment accepted, quick delivery.

This is a first class dry cleaners. All of my clothes are returned beautifully laundered and on time.The shop is always clean and inviting with a very warm atmosphere.I now turn to the star of the show Ciydem who works in the shop Monday, Friday and Saturday. She is utterly charming, courteous and always ready for a chat.Her customer service skills are second to none and she is totally dedicated to serving her customers.

Best dry cleaners in London. Have a very picky husband and they have never disappointed him (this is big!) Fantastic alterations and very reasonably priced. Superb friendly customer service. Highly recommend.
