PontK9 Dog Walking & Boarding

Our experience with PontK9 has been superb. All organised through an easy-to-use app. Following an introductory visit, our dog was picked up within an agreed window for her walk and returned safely home. Communication excellent. Prices clear and very competitive. Photos of the walk were sent which brightened the day at work. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Brilliant experience with PontK9. One of our dogs is a bit nervous so we were glad of the introductory visit for reassurance he was happy with visitors to set out minds at ease. Everything was easy to arrange then online with a great range of services available to suit us - not just walks but also home visits.On the day of the visit I was so glad to receive the update via the app and see the lovely pictures of our dogs enjoying the attention from Dee. All in all very professional and easy to book and pay for the services.

Genuinely useless! The mobile number seems to always go to voicemail, which doesn’t fill you with confidence. We sent an email to enquired about daycare for our dog, including a couple of questions. Received a one sentence response saying they are fully booked. It felt incredibly rude. No attempt to discuss when we could get back in touch or how long they are booked up for. Not even a greeting or thanks for getting in touch in the email. Doesn’t sound like they want any business. I imagine we’re better off with another more friendly company and they are better off not taking on new customers. Very disappointed. AS FOR YOUR RESPONSE: Would it really have hurt to have said ‘Hello’ to someone enquiring about your business? Did you need to be so blunt? I completely understand you have a quota, if you have no space that’s fine. It’s how rudely you dismissed us that’s the problem. I think you could do a lot better.

I can thoroughly recommend PontK9 Dog Walking and Boarding. My 2 year old cockapoo Nancy has been looked after by Dee and the team since she was a puppy and has come on leaps and bounds and her confidence has grown. Dee and the whole team dedicate themselves to bringing out the best in the dogs and its obvious they absolutely adore them. Rest assured they are in very safe hands.

PontK9 is great! PK9 helped us immensely after a family bereavement by taking on Simba, a large dog with boundless energy. Dee really knows and understands dogs - and their owners! - and we are very grateful for her advice and guidance.Simba is delighted when Dee comes to collect him - what better recommendation could there be?

PontK9 have been walking our dog on weekly basis. Its been fantastic, easy to organise and its highlight of our dog's week! I really enjoy the photos and videos of the walk. We have never been away from Dyfi for more than 1 night, so booking 10 nights away was a big deal. I guess we will always worry, but knowing he was in safe hands, loved like he was at home made the world of difference.We have no real words of thanks, especially any that do you guys justice.What I will say for sure is that we had a worry free holiday, Dyfi had a fabulous holiday too - boarding with you & we came home to a happy, content and satisfied dog.You guys and the families & dogs around you are amazing.We are so happy & feel reassured - that is why we use PontK9 & we thoroughly recommend them.

Dee and Prys have been fabulous with our nervous dog, they’ve taken the time to understand her and she absolutely loves her walks now. Walks are easy to book and rearrange as well! Would recommend PontK9 to anyone who wants their dog well looked after!
