Went with partner I ordered the ultimate breakfast and small breakfast, it came. The mushroom was taking a bath in its own swimming pool of grease, hash browns were burnt but cold in middle, I think it was supposed to be black pudding was overly dry an over cooked, cut into it and there was less than 2 millimetres of soft pudding, bacon was dry, sausages were that dry they had wrinkled up and again over cooked. It's as if all the ingredients had been sat in the warmer since 6am when the store opened. The oil in the place needs throwing out and using fresh oil. You could smell that it needed it in the air. Morrisons, you need to sort your kitchen staff out. Mega disappointed with this service today. The only good thing about the whole thing was they had clean cutlery. AVOID THE CAFE AT ALL COSTS.

What a faff it is getting some food In the cafe, You have to find a table, get the number, go back to where you came in and order your food on the screen and pay, then go make your cuppa, then go to your table, And hope no one else is sat on it, bit of a pain in the backside if you are on your own, no customer service, food is cheap enough and OK, Also the manned tills have covid screens up, and you can't have any conversation with who is working, again customer seems to be an after thought, I have only been here twice and neither time was it good.

Easy access and well thought out car park with dedicated pedestrian roues. Cash machine. Great range of products, really helpful staff and cafe too. Definitely recommend.

Well had a miserable experience today at Morrisons Saltney. Shop not too busy but the person on the till was the most ignorant and rude lady. She talked incessantly to another member of staff during the customer prior to me, and I was the only other person in the queue. I had unloaded all my shopping onto the belt but by the time I got to packing area half of my goods were there and still being shoved through. The assistant neither looked at me, said hello or asked if I needed help packing. She just talked and talked to another member of staff. I bought a top and was not asked if I wanted hanger or not. I was going to tell her I thought she was so rude but even as I walked away she was still talking away to staff. The only words she spoke to me were to say much my shop was. I felt so insignificant and wanted to tell her how ignorant she was but she never drew breath for me to get a word in. I didn’t want her life story, nor to give mine but as a customer who pays her wages would like common courtesy. I had vowed not to go back there, but unfortunately I need to return the top, but certainly won’t take it to her till. The fact that I won’t see or speak to anyone now till I next go shopping is not her problem, but she has left me feeling angry and very upset.

We had been visiting the attractions near and needed somewhere to top up the electric in our car. Most Morrisons stores now have some form of electric charging stations. While using the pods we popped in store and got some snacks while we waited for the car. The car park was fairly busy but still accessible enough to manoeuvre around. Only two pods available here we need more installed.

Mixed experiences here , most of the staff are lovely with the exception of one older lady who refused to sell my 26 year old friend one small packet of ibuprofen-she absolutely does not look 15. Felt like we were both being judged. I bought a large packet of ibuprofen from the chemists there because the lady on the till who refused said it would be illegal if i bought it by proxy even if I needed it ( I'm in my 40s) . Use common sense please and staff training is important.

It was dreadful, not only did we have to wait 20 minutes after placing an order in a nearly empty cafe, but when it arrived the jacket potato was hard and cold and the crossbreed pulled pork was so over cooked. Won't ever go there again, no wonder it was so quiet

I use the cafe every Sunday It's pretty standard fayre (for example full English). They don't select the best ingredients of course but it's very reasonably priced and one of the kids eat free. Staff are friendly too.

We particularly like the breakfasts here although the roast chicken dinners are very good too. Fantastic value in the cafe, I don't know how they do it!

Great food , good prices , easy parking and the choice of fresh bread is superb ....whenever I'm passing I call in as I love just out of its area but it never disappoints. The cafe is a little hit and miss and brings self service to its own level ....if you go in and the coffee machines are working I'd definitely do a lottery ticket!!!
