Davies and Davies go beyond good service. They are friendly, responsive, extremely efficient and helpful too. Unfortunately, our sofas were delivered and wouldn’t fit into our home which we were very sad about. However, the guys at Davies and Davies were prepared to deliver 4 different sofas we had chosen instead to try them out for size, even if they then had to take them back without success. Fortunately, one of them fitted so we were then able to order our second sofa. Dafydd went above and beyond to help us and the delivery guys do a great job and never complain. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

We ran out of propane gas and, even though we were just outside their usual delivery area, they were happy to deliver and fit a couple of canisters on the same day! They also took away the empties.Completely happy with the service from all those involved.

Well, we certainly cant fault them on speed, politeness and efficiency! Ordered one day and delivered the next. Chap in the shop was friendly and knew what he was talking about. Delivery men knew just how to get a big mattress up awkward stairs and took care whilst doing so. Will definitely be back for furniture as and when required.

When ordering my mattress I found the customer service excellent. Time from order to delivery was quick and efficient. The delivery team were polite and very helpful taking the mattress to an awkward room high up in the house.

You'll not find better service or more helpful staff than here, what a pleasure to buy from.My elderly Dad needed a rise and recline armchair after a hip replacement. The owner took time to explain how they work and let him try it out. No fuss, no pressure. They delivered the same day which was incredibly helpful, even put it in situ for him.The various showrooms are vast and have a really conclusive stock. Prices all seemed fair.
