Shopping assistants lovely....however online service a disgrace. No communication about cancelled items, no communication on arrival of orders click and collect ..5 days wait for a reply to emails. Very poor communication indeed. Online buyers beware.

Fabulous we took my sons girlfriends little 5 year old girl she was amazed about the amount of items they had she couldve spent hours in there I asked her mum if she would like her ears pierced so she asked wee lass she wasn't keen but she's still young enough I said I'd get them for her birthday so she loved it so did I cos we left her to look around in amazement xxxxxxxxxx

Literally the worst.Me and my friends went in there just for fun and this worker named Becky was staring at us the whole time which made us very uncomfortable and she was rude aswell.Never going there again! >:(

I would just like to say a massive thank you to the ladies, Siobhan and Beth, in the Claire's store in Dundee, Overgate! Siobhan was especially so nice and amazing with my little girls and made my youngest feel very special getting her ears pierced for the 1st time! :) Martin.
