I want to thank you truly from the bottom of my heart for the way you handled Mum’s funeral. Having used other providers over the years, I can say, without any doubt, that yours is a premium service. We expect that you are professional and efficient and of course, you were exemplary. But what really stays in my mind and my heart are the behaviours of you and your team. The compassion and kindness you showed cannot be over-stated. My family said they loved you and your team for this. On several occasions I visited Mum at your funeral home. The staff there were always so gentle and gracious. And what was so evident in our entire interaction with you from Mum’s death to her burial was the concern that you demonstrated for our welfare. I can’t thank you enough for that.

The service we received was outstanding. Our loss was handled with sympathy and compassion. At every corner john pearce and his staff were on hand to help us start to finish. We would highly recommend there services should you ever suffer a loss like ours

I couldn't fault the exemplary service provided by John and his team for my mum recently. From our very first meeting he put us at ease with his caring professional approach. The actual service at the North Wilts Crem was also excellent in both preparation and delivery. Highly recommended.

We chose Pearce’s for my brothers funeral I can not recommend them enough from the first phone call to to the end all the staff were amazing John came to my mums house to talk about preparations as to not put more stress onto her coming into the office they went above and beyond to make my brothers final goodbye the most special and stress free time. The receptionist Elizabeth has been amazing she is such a lovely kind and caring lady

Everyone at Pearce Funeral Service shown great compassion with us after loosing my mum, and provided excellent service not only before the funeral but after too. We are cornish family, living in Swindon and we requested if we could drap a cornish flag over our dad's covin, they said no problem, they certainly are so professional and nice, being cornish we all wore the cornish tartan and some folk came in cornish tartan kilts, just amazing, but i noticed our driver had the cornish tie on, and not just the driver but all of the pearce staff had cornish tartan ties on, we were all so pleased ,

I cannot praise Pearce Funeral Directors highly enough, especially Dave who I felt was a friend throughout organising the funeral to the day itself. The kindness this family firm showed myself and family will never be forgotten. We were supported from the moment we walked through the door and to know they were looking after my Dad made things bearable. We were treated with respect. I have never had to organise a funeral but was guided through by Dave who has been amazing and I would like to personally thank. Marjorie Jefferies was our chosen Celebrant on the day and how grateful I am we chose her.
