My combi had an error code so I called Mark who had previously serviced the boiler. He talked me through (on the phone) some tests I could try first to reset it.. but when those didn't work he came out the next day, arrived on time and was quick, efficient and polite. Highly recommended. Thank you.

No show: Appointment slot of 09:00 to 09:30. I was a few minutes late and came down at 09:04 and stood waiting.By ten past I called him and he complained that he had arrived twenty minutes early of his own accord and had therefore had to wait until his appointment time.May be a good engineer according to previous reviews but professionalism was lacking on this occasion.11:15: As can be seen by response, he arrived way before appointed time, hence the long wait. He was never requested to come back at any point, evidently, honesty is also an issue here.

Excellent service, prompt, friendly and courteous. Mark does not fit new boilers so has nothing to gain by saying you need to replace your one. Would definitely recommend him.

J.Hallam came to look at our boiler last week. He was so polite & friendly and also knowledgeable & helpful. I would recommend him and we will definately be giving him a ring next year when the time comes again.

Excellent service.first time I have used. Prefer to use the local trades. Booked due to error code on boiler. phone and text response very quick. (Even on his day off). Turned up within the agreed timescale and completed a repair and boiler service at the same time. He completed work in a timely manner and tidied up after. very informative on system knowledge and future improvements, which I appreciate. Thanks Mark. Would use again.
