We had an absolutely wonderful time at the spa! The massages were perfect and the staff incrediblely helpful. Definitely looking forward to going again!

Brilliant spa experience! My wife and I had a day at the spa and thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities, indoor and outdoor. The treatments we had booked with top notch and we will definitely be coming back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this spa. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Had a Thalgo massage. This was amazing. I've never had a massage before, I think at one stage I may have fallen asleep. It was an amazing experience. The lady who did the massage was very professional and friendly. I don't think I've ever been so relaxed. Would highly recommend.

The spa is designed with a contemporary Scandinavian style, perfect for a short spa day after a weekend hiking.It’s a part of the Hilton Hotel. Although we had a really lovely time, I would not suggest this spa as “boutique” or “luxury” experience (If that’s what your looking for.)A larger outdoor pool would really improve the experience as it would give the guest more privacy. As well as some varied music in the relaxation room (same song playing on repeat).Also important to note the “lagoon” in front was drained, during the summer months it’s filled with water.We booked the 4pm-6pm slot which was nice as we watched the sun go down.The host Katy was very hospitable.Overall we had a great time and left very relaxed.m

Beautiful location, lovely to be able to soak both inside and out. Light lunch included in my package was delicious and actually quite substantial. One criticism or rather comment, could do with hooks in the spa area to put your dressing gown and towel on as the beds get snapped up quickly

Agree with other reviews that this is not a luxury spa. Could definitely use a pool, even if small, not just hot tubs.Had a bad experience with nowhere to sit down, dirty towels everywhere and very unhelpful protracted response from spa manager when I asked for a refund for a treatment I didn’t take for these reasons.Overall has been an incredibly expensive bad experience unfortunately. Love the area so would have been brilliant to want to head back.

I really liked this spa. We went for my wife's birthday and it looks amazing with incredible views. It has indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor area has a salt sauna, steam room and a foot spa. The staff were really friendly and upon arrival we got a drink, gown and flip flops. The only thing for me was the drinks were room temperature. All they need is a fridge. The venue is gorgeous with amazing views.

went on 2 occasions in a matter of days and loved the experience so much that I’m returning in around a week or so and staying at the attached Hilton

Loved it so much we came twice! Extremely reasonably priced considering what is on offer here. It is a unique gem that allows you to bathe in nature and in a warm pool. With a few changes it could be a top spa.The customer service was one of the stand out points here and attention to the customer journey. It is lovely being handed some soft bathrobes, flip flops and then some fizz before swanning into the spa. Staff were extremely polite and attentive without being over baring or fake.The offering of two pools, two saunas, a very decent stream room and foot spa, all well decorated, in those beautiful surroundings makes the cost of this spa very reasonable. Compared to the busy larger London spas in not so nice locations this place is a haven!On the second time of visiting I did notice that the paint needed doing outside the steam room and sauna. I can appreciate this is a hard area to keep paint on the walls but not doing so made me question the upkeep of the spa. I immediately turned to worrying about what else wasn't being looked after. This needs improvement.

We had a lovely time in the spa there were a few good facilities the outdoor heated pool was the best with a nice view the indoor pool was nice to the Steam room and outside sauna was lovely they also have a relaxation room and a foot spa there and a ice bucket would recommend anyone to go here . You can use the bar whilst at the spa you also get a complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival
