ibis Swansea

I enjoy staying at the Ibis. I have stayed there loads of times before. It is my favoured choice while staying in Swansea. The location is great and the staff are very welcoming

From start to finish, I had a brilliant experience with the team at Ibis Swansea. The staff were warm, welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful, and the room itself was clean, cosy and well stocked. The location is fab and easily accessible too. We had a great stay with you, good location, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good and the rooms were clean and a good size. Good value for moneyMy only complaint would be that our room was noisy from the traffic on the main road. Would ask to have a room maybe on the other side of the hotel next time

Your hotel had everything we needed for a 2 day stay to visit family. Staff were helpful and welcoming nothing too much trouble (especially Oliver!!) Very clean throughout food was lovely

My first time stopping at a Ibis in a long time a very impressed with the raising of standards. Staff first class and helpful. Always a good start. Room clean tidy and well equipped for my brief stay. Food also of a good price and very tasty. The whole visit certainly raised my estimation of Ibis.

I called here last minute to stay as in the area and the staff were very helpful and friendly over the phone. I rang the hotel direct and was nice to speak to a person rather than an automated line. Reserved a room over the phone and then paid on arrival. Includes parking at the hotel in the price and breakfast. Very clean and well presented. Helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Good coffee. They served food until late around 9:30pm and that was good - had a generous pizza and chunky chips. I would stay again. Good rates. Thank you

My room was very comfortable, warm and had all commodities, TV, kettle, tea, coffee, hairdryer and an iron etc and all very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very helpful and very pleasant and supported my stay with all information whenever I needed it. My only disappointment was that there was very little hot vegetarian breakfast already possible to help yourself to. As I didn't have a lot of time before I had to leave, I couldn't wait for this to be 'cooked on request' but this was my only down point for the stay.
