Lenvi - you do not even deserve the one star I've had to give you to leave a review.Every single aspect of the experience since the handover so far, has been abysmal. My sale is likely to fall through on Monday due to your sheer incompetence and lack of efficiency.After, quite literally, 20+ hours on hold (plus those hours my conveyancers spent on hold), we eventually got the Authority to Complete, but with an historic date and the conveyancing company name spelt incorrectly - rendering it useless! Since then, you have not responded at all and I've spent yet more hours on hold only to be cut off.I have involved my local MP, who has contacted the Housing Minister and also Homes England to try to prevent this deal from falling through. I have numerous friends around the country in the same position.It is causing untold amounts of stress to so many people.Shame on you!

I want to give Lenvi a good review as in the last few weeks the service has really improved and I get a hold of someone within 15 minutes. It was difficult right after they took over from Target but it seems they have gotten over this hump. Moses was very helpful in explaining the process to me once the redemption letter was issued. That said, I am giving them 5 stars.

Absolutely appalling how this company is handling 1000s of HTB clients trying to repay their equity debt. I was due to re-mortgage and all my solicitors are waiting for is the Authority to Proceed. Such a simple yet critical task cant be completed by this incompetent company. As a result, I am now in variable rate and given the current state of the economy, we are in such a financial distress because of Lenvi. Anyone who wishes to deal with this business be very aware that you may lose much much more than you put in if this is the state of just one of their departments. Godspeed!

We are mortgage brokers acting for clients who are trying to arrange remortgage (switching lender) applications on their existing mortgage deals which are coming to an end. All of our clients are coming off low fixed rate deals and going onto higher rates following the base rate increases. The issues we are experiencing with Help to buy and the new administrator Lenvi are related to the poor servicing and turnaround times to process Deed of Postponement applications which need to be sealed by Help to buy. This is causing our clients real financial hardship, specifically where clients existing fixed rate has ended and the client is put onto standard variable rate with existing lender whilst they await the new mortgage to commence with new lender, but this cannot happen until after Help to buy have sealed Deed of postponement, we have clients unnecessarily paying hundreds of pound's more per month whilst we wait for the slow and painful process to complete with Help to buy. Secondly we also have clients who have had the foresight to reserve new rates with a lender earlier this year 2023 circa Q1/Q2, the rates the client have secured are much lower than the current rates on offer, however the mortgage offers which are valid for 6 months are due to expire soon Q4, which means the clients will lose the rate and have to select a much higher rate from todays market, effectively costing the clients thousands of pounds more in mortgage interest over the coming years.Is help to buy going to compensate these clients who have been financially disadvantaged as a direct consequence of an administrative process which is not ready or capable to administer the needs of thousands of help to buy clients coming off fixed rates in the coming years?

Like everyone else I am now finding it impossible to contact help to buy in any form whatsoever. I have spent the last week on hold never getting through. It has got to the point where I genuinely suspect Lenvi is actively ignoring customers.All I need is my authority to complete on a transfer but now its most likely going to fall through, taking an onwards purchase with it, simply because I can not contact help to buy.Lenvi instead of copy and pasting a reply to reviews, where you try and blame homes England, why don't you go do your job instead and start answering your customers.Edit:Finally got through on the phone this evening. When I explained the situation the advisor took a deep sigh, said he was going to transfer me to someone who could help, and then hung up on me.I have no words to express how outraged I am. Lenvi is single handedly destroying sales and people's financial well being by not fulfilling their responsibilities.

Virtually impossible to get anything done regarding Help to Buy.If you try to call up, the automated greeting is upfront in saying there will be a long wait - but if you email they'll get back to you within 10 working days.Well, they don't - you'll get one automated email to say your email has been received and that's it.So back to the phones. By this point, I've spent about 3 hours over the last week on hold trying to get through on the phone to someone at Lenvi. As the other reviews say, they'll terminate your call at around 61 minutes and there's nothing you can do about it, other than re-join the queue.I have not yet, after waiting for 3 hours on hold, been able to speak to a single person.There is no other way to manage your Help to Buy account, so all the reviews here stating that they have missed completion dates, favourable mortgage rates, etc -- they're all sadly true.UPDATE: I finally got through - The agent was actually very polite and handled the call well, with a positive result.If the issue with wait times was resolved, then I would actually not have any complaints with service.

PLEASE HELP! I am desperately trying to get hold of Lenvi after emailing them for my redemption letter 15 days ago. I still haven't received a response despite them advising you will hear back in 10 days. Like a lot others I have tried calling many times and get cut off after an hour without speaking with anyone. I tried to call as the phone lines opened at 08:00 this morning and I still couldn't speak with someone! It looks like they aren't even manning the phones at this point. Please urgently come back to me as my sale is at huge risk.

Absolutely Impossible to get through, I've dropped to a variable rate due to not being able to re-mortgage. I'm now paying an extra £1000 a month as a result of not being able to complete what should be a very straight forward process.Also, Lenvi, it's not a current high number of calls, this is the number of calls you should expect, which you're obviously not capable of handling!!

Worse than the previous Help to Buy administrator Target.. and that is saying something! I am due to complete on a remortgage next week and am unable to contact Lenvi to issue Authority to Complete. Their phone number puts you in a queue and after 1 hour 1 minute it cuts you off and you have to start again. They don't respond to emails. The one time I got through to someone they did not have any of our documents and I had to resend everything. Many emails did not even get through. At this rate we will end up dropping onto a variable rate. All we want to do is pay back the Equity Loan!!!

Help to Buy - Do NOT do this!I am currently in the middle of being bought out of my current home & purchasing another home. I have paid off my Equity Loan in June 2023. This has not been removed from the deed, preventing me from purchasing my new home. I was promised from day one this would be escalated. Every other day at the very least, I have wasted up to two hours ringing Lenvi to chase this up & all I get back is contradicting information. All we can do is send a chaser to the team that deals with this because we do not have a customer service base." All they do is repeat the same thing. They cannot put you onto anyone higher in their position because "no one is available." When I explain that the case is meant to be escalated
