The merch is nice but the man at the till was the rudest, haughtiest weirdo... Avoid. you pay $30 pounds for a pair of earrings and I asked for a small paper bag, I got an A3 one, give with disdain only after repeating myself...

Rude and racist. I visited on Oct 8th at 3:30 pm. The lady at the check out delivered service in a very rude manner. No greetings back, tapped on the pos machine to ask for payment, and the only time she said anything is shouting I need to see your ID for my signature. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated. And for the record, I’m Chinese and it’s hard not to notice the difference in her attitude. Well, you have my words that I will never come back and will let everyone around me beware of that. 讲真，英国真的让人失望。

nice selection but for some reason we were not allowed to try on shirts. No sign was posted and there were full length mirrors! I asked why i couldnt try on a shirt and received no answer

Prices are a little steep but expected. A great variety of items and great that they have the shop outside, allowing for a return visit without the cost of entry to the tower. Very friendly staff and the shop is tidy and well presented.

Here' I've had the best medieval stuffs I ever could imagine.Plus: the staff attention was just unbelievable! I'll never forget how one o the cashier, a sweet blonde girl, shaked my hand, wishing me a good travel.The place is amazing, breathtaking decor and a lot of collectiable items to look up for.
