Similar to the review below the customer service skills and telephone skills within this business are appalling. They completed an order for me but I missed the delivery as I think the doorbell was broken, it was bedtime for my 3 children including 8 week old baby. They refused to re-deliver and were rude and obnoxious and threatened to send my items to charity and charge me with ‘storage’ as the order remained with them for several weeks but at no point did they attempt to contact me to discuss this and had they have done of course I would have been more than happy to resolve any issues. It was me that contacted them to pay my bill and rearrange delivery only to be met with hostility and threats.Very disappointing service and the way I was spoken to certainly made me very cross.

these ladies and John have been looking after me foir a good few years. ultra reliable,in fact they have never let me down. brilliant service. I would struggle without them..

Lin and Hayley are a godsend excellent service!!

Always really helpful and make a wonderful job of my ironing! Highly recommended.
