Tried organising a wake here, me and a family friend received quite rude customer service. Not what a family needs in such a hard time. She told us “good luck finding somewhere else”Don’t worry we found a much nicer place with much nicer people.

We went along to a funeral at the club yesterday, and were pleased to see what excellent safety measures were in place. Well spaced out, and details taken at the door for track and trace... very reassuringly staff were friendly, and an lovely buffet.

Lovely place! Lovely people! Very respectable club if you want a nice relaxing evening , it's worth becoming a member, which isn't expensive... good snooker tables upstairs aswell.

Ripped off... My daughter held her 30th birthday party at venue Saturday 31st, just for family and friends all went well with our own Dj and myself doing food and cleaning the venue after, while cleaning checking everything was ok. which it was, a nice gentleman told me just to leave all the bin liners and cleaner will pick them up in morning.Tuesday evening around 18.15 my daughter gets a call regarding her deposit with the accusation from a woman called Pat that a knife as been used to slash one of the seats... and the deposit was going to be used to pay for the damage... these seats wasn't used by anyone we put party props in that area for the children who where all under 10 and defiantly don't carry knives. Why the call so late? claimed the seating had gone off for repair when Bank holiday? if this is a poor excuse to keep the money then lets hope Pat uses it wisely to fix the place up... could have done a claim myself when i tripped over the loose fitted carpet but im not so petty. So avoid this venue unless your prepared to be ripped off by Pat.. this is not the end though i want proof of damage and repair... with the amount of law people we have in our family i don't get ripped off

Staff are very helpful and compassionate. A little hard to find from the road but very handy if you are attending a wake.

Great staff,great music,great drinks,great bingo,great and reasonable prices for non members and door fees 40p each for non members and then the door fee which can be up to £8.00. When I first went there with my uncle I thought it was gonna be really boring but it turned out to be really fun as I like all the old and new songs. To people who are new and don't like old songs your in for a shock but I genuinely have nothing bad to say about this place it is a great place to go to and always clean and hygienic and the baps and rolls are great from cheese to ham with salad on. And great acts and singers. Will become a member one day
