Staff are really helpful when you can't reach items from the shelf always happy and willing to help. Have lots of variety in food items.

I have visited few times, most products needed always easy too find , not busy at all or over crowded which is good for quick checkout, friendly workers and easy to find your way around the shop .

I like this shop a lot. I've been many times and nearly always come out with a bag full of goodies. The staff are helpful and seem happy.

OneBelow"? The two baskets in the window say otherwise. I had to take a loan out to shop here. The name should be "CostOfAHouseOrBelow". Probably cheaper to buy a return plane ticket to the USA and do my shopping there than go in this shop. Even just looking at products makes me feel like im spending money. -1 Customer."

Pretty decent prices and few really cheap but good items pleasant experience overall

Some really great bargains to be had. Stock a lot of different items than Poundland. They have a really great arts and craft section.

First time i have been in and the queues were horrendous. The layout of the shop is amazing and i liked it alot. Better than poundland!

Great variety of products. The staff are friendly and helpful. They always play good music too!

We picked up a mascara that had no price on it. One member of staff was tidying up near us when we picked it up and we're discussing that fact it had no price and we would be taking it to the till to see how much it would be. She said nothing to us. Didn't even offer to help.Took it to the till to see how much it would cost to be told £4. We said we would leave it. The girl serving us told a tall dark-haired lad, assumably the 'manager' that a label would be needed as we were not the first to leave the item at the till. Are labels on items not a standard practice at your store?The manager then had the audacity to say to the colleague Well to be honest it's common sense"I'm sorry
