Good point (the only one) is they burn slowly if you follow the instructions, though be aware, heat output is low when smouldering. Very expensive for low output compared to well managed coal burning. Only useful for wood burners if you’re prepared to put up with the negatives.Bad points, and be aware, these will be the case no matter how you choose to burn your logs:Very high, and actually unacceptable smoke production. Sales descriptions should say these are not acceptable in smokeless zones, even with defra approved stoves.The excessive smoke also gives off a very strong, acrid aroma.The ‘tar’ in the smoke leaves a thick, oily residue on stove windows.A one-off purchase for me.

The product (heatlogs) are excellent however my buying experience was let down by mediocre customer support and a late delivery. On the customer support point, I sent them an email, firstly got an automated response telling me that it might take them a while to respond due to seasonal demand (a completely predictable and manageable situation, if you resource correctly for it). Then when I did get a response, after 2 days, I was told that it was best for me to just contact the delivery company directly - not what I expected when purchasing a premium product.

Love the natural firelighters, they work every time! Quick, easy and nasty smell free!The night briquettes are great too, we put a couple in our log burner overnight and it is easy to get the fire roaring again in the morning!

Great products. Quick delivery.Just brought the firelighters and they are far superior and cheaper than any of the supermarket or zip products.Will be using them from now on for all my firewood requirements.Keep it up!

Fantastic service. Very quick delivery. The bricks burn all night. My daughter has a 3 bed house and to keep heating costs down they put two bricks in the log burner at night and they are still burning in the morning.They are just about spent but they did the job. It’s a great product and they are very pleased with them.

Excellent products, does everything claimed and more.the night briquettes are particularly good.Ordered twice so-far and will order again, delivery is particularly good and very fast.

I initially bought the night brickettes. Very happy with them. They keep our stove going overnight. No more lighting a fire on a freezing cold morning .I have just bought the fire lighters. Delighted with these . No strong chemical smell that you get with standard fire lighters. They work a treat. I will be trying the other products too.

Where to I begin with my experience of this company, I placed an order on 28th November order 1309261. I ordered fire logs, night briquettes and heat logs. It clearly states on the order confirmation verbatim “DPD Next Day Delivery” – irrespective of Lekto stating their FAQ or other parts of the website say 5 days, my order confirmation says DPD Next Day, so I was expecting them the next day. Fast forward to 3 days, one of the boxes randomly turns up from DPD – the box smashed and contents damaged due to the mishandling of DPD (which to be fair they’re normally quite good). I reported this to Lekto on the 1st December, who said the delivery is split and other items will arrive in due course (but there was no prior notification of this). Lekto just ignoring the fact that the order says next day and kept going on about it being 5 days, ignoring the damaged products, well Lekto there is an issue with your website you need to change it! We went back and forwards on messaging over facebook to no avail, them taking hours to reply, all I got was a “we’re sorry message” – well sorry isn’t good enough I’m afraid, they then stopped replying to me, I then had to send several chases it took them THREE days to then reply, and still nothing from DPD, finally the rest of the order turns up nearly a week after placing the original order. The other boxes, guess what, damaged too – this time I blame Lekto as its clear the boxes are not taped up properly from their factory and luckily contents not damaged this time. Fast forward to today 5th December, I tried the products last night, the heat logs were decent as were the night briquettes however the fire logs are absolutely awful – a terrible product and I recommend that anyone does not buy them at all – Lekto are refusing a return. Again had to chase them for an update and again all they can say is “sorry for the inconvenience” and completely ignoring the fact its taken me multiple messages, a weeks worth of chasing, damaged products and an abysmal delivery experience. They are refusing to replace the damaged items from transit. I tried to resolve it with their team, to no avail, so here we are on social media showing to the world how not to treat your customers. I hope the owner reads this so he can see this is not how you treat your customers. I would also encourage you to watch peoples reviews of their products on YouTube, which reflect my experience, avoid and do not use.EDIT: Eddie, you replied below, sorry you are putting false information on here - your team did NOT update me, I had to continually chase for updates it's all there in the facebook chat I suggest you go and read it, you are ignoring again your website is incorrect showing incorrect delivery times and again you are not addressing the smashed and broken products! A company to avoid.

Great product used before, night logs burn as they say long lasting.Packaging needs toughening up as logs quite heavy and most had split open, a little more care on delivery wouldn't go a miss.Would be 5* if received with less damage..

After seeing so much advertising for the Night Briquettes , we thought we would give them a try.We brought 3 boxes costing £80.80.This was our experience:1. Delivered on the public footpath , at least 100ft from our house . Just left there !! Confronted their staff on line about the delivery. ( Not interested)2. The briquettes did smoulder for 7 hours but produced limited heat , certainly not enough to warm or keep the room warm.3. The smell of them smouldering is unpleasant4. The amount of smoke they produced was unbelievable. You certainly do not want to use them in a smoke free zone!5. We use coal through out the cold months , in our view Coal is far cheaper , burns a lot hotter , no smell , no smoke and coal will burn just as long.Night Briquettes For us , only 1 ⭐Delivery was very poorCustomer service after sale was poor
