The displayed the pastry flavours as custard, orange chocolat and dulce de leche. I ordered the dulce de leche and the lady at the till kept asking me “custard or orange chocolat”. I said, dulce de leche, then she repeated the question. I couldn’t understand how can be dulce de leche and something else. I chose the dulce de leche custard one. For my surprise, there was no dulce de leche filling, just a drop on the top if the pastry and filled with custard. She could have more patient and explained properly.

Hi all thought I'd try CAWA staff who served me was very polite and welcoming the place was as clean as it can be during work being done on the premises music was calming and nice aesthetic and the coffee is nice although a little strong for my tastes still a really good coffee

Tried this place a few times as I’ve been to the one in Sheffield which was excellent. However the two in Chesterfield are awful. The iced coffee was warm and tasted horrible I threw it away. I expected a lot more for a five pound coffee. On another visit I was served cows milk when I only drink oat milk, luckily I noticed straight away but there was no apology from the cocky staff. One of the staff members in particular makes me feel very uncomfortable and patronises me every time I go in. Will definitely not be returning and letting others know.

Lovely atmosphere, coffee & cakes were delicious and staff were so helpful as well, made the whole experience lovely! 1000% would recommend :)

Today I'd a ham and cheese croissant plus a cortado. Croissant is a bit chewy but coffee is great.
