Tony was absolutely amazing today for us. He was able to come to us straight away, fixed our broken door lock which turned out to be completely knackered and needed more work than anticipated, was so nice to talk to and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended and won't use another locksmith if I ever need one!

We had the BEST experience with Tony, We are a local children's nursery and we had a key snap off in the lock reducing the security on site. Tony was here with in 15 minutes and had it fixed in no time. Keeping the children safe and secure. Thanks for the excellent service

Front door lock jammed! Prompt rescue from The Lock Genie. Highly professional and friendly service. All fixed and sorted in no time. Good banter and offered advice on maintenance eg WD40 - do not squirt into key area! Cleaned up after himself. Well deserved a large mug of coffee. Would recommend without hesitation. Don’t waste your time calling him in an emergency out of hours service. The 24/7 service promise on the website roughly translates as not after 7.30pm. Rude & unprofessional.

The bathroom door would not close, and when it did, the locking mechanism would occasionally stick. Quite disconcerting! The Lock Genie turned up within 20 minutes, and fitted a new handle/locking mechanism appropriate for a bathroom . . . one that could be opened from the outside in an emergency! He was punctual, didn't take long, was neat and tidy throughout, polite, and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!
