I've worked with Opia in my capacity as co-organiser of the PHPNE meetup in Newcastle. Opia have sponsored our events for quite some time, and its been great to see them give back to the local tech community. They also offer developers the opportunity to work with some blue chip clients on some very interesting projects.

Very poor customer service, dont respond to emails , dont get confirmation mails once a case is logged.

This place is a joke; a total tinpot of a company.Poorly run, these guys think they are the dogs danglies but they’re really not. All skirt no knickers.I am surprised they have any clients.I hope they get called out regarding poor working conditions, they bully their staff and think it’s acceptable, there is no care towards anyone. It’s just empty words and ticking a box to say they do all the stuff the big corporates do (they wish they were a big corporate but they’re not), and underneath it all, nobody knows what they are doing!

Poor customer service. Has soured my relationship with two different companies from their own shortcomings. I hope to never have to deal with them again.

We have worked as a recruitment supplier to Opia’s Chertsey HQ and Gateshead team for the past 5 years on a broad and varied number of multilingual positions. We have always found their professional team a pleasure to work with, always keeping us to date with vacancies and providing feedback on candidates interviews.

Have had various conversations with this company. The people on the phones are very professional. The ceo needs a good talking too . Would I use them . No . Would I recommend them . No . Would I sack the ceoYes yes yes very incompetent.Avoid at all costs . If you value your sanity or your company.If I could give 0 stars I would.
