My wife and I came here for the first time last weekend and was great fun for the evening and must say a big thank you to Wendy who was very informative and helpful to us at the front desk.

Old bingo hall but has beautiful features staff are very helpful, receptions is extremely nice and very welcoming.

Really welcoming staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. On our first visit we asked if they had any caffeine-free soft drinks, and after researching for us online, they ordered some especially for our next visit without being asked. They also patiently explained how it all works.

Such a lovely place to come and play Bingo .Management is excellent the place is so well run . Darren and Donna what a couple always friendly and smiling and always mucking in and rolling their sleeves up . All staff are friendly and make it a great experience . Food great too x

Just been into book a session for me and my elderly parents. Having never been to bingo before the process seemed quite complicated. However the managers Donna and Darren were brilliant and welcomed us and explained everything, even accounting for my fathers poor eyesight and how that can be facilitated. We are really looking forward to our session now and would recommend others to give it a go. Very professional, very friendly and very accommodating. Thankyou both a credit to Crown Bingo

The atmosphere is great, staff is very friendly and food is cheap and cheerful.However,they fall short on comfort and how hot it gets inside. Seats have probably been there since the 80s - very little padding, small space. There is no air con in the main area, so if you struggle with high temperatures, bring your own fan. I saw some people did as it's incredibly scorching there.

Really impressed with this place, being a bingo Newby I was slightly concerned I would struggle with getting tickets , keeping up with caller or using right coloured tickets. But the staff were extremely helpful and due to my disabilities and being a larger chap I struggle with seating and comfort, but the manager had me a table specially designated for me and he actually sat there waiting for my arrival to help me out and make sure I was OK! Outstanding customer service. All the staff are friendly and helpful/understanding to newbies and more than willing to help and explain..The food was really good and great value for money.Really looking forward to my next visit..Disabled access parking at the rear. For an enjoyable evening/afternoon definitely go here..

Would have liked to give this place a higher rating. But cannot and here is my reason.Was told that this was a place with a free membership. Me personally, I do not play bingo but I know my mother enjoys it and so thinking this would be a good place to take her approached and asked about joining.The person whom dealt with me, asked if I would be playing today. I said i would not, I wanted to join so I could take my mother as and when she was with me. I explained that I thought it looked a nice place for me and mum to have a drink, meal and if she wanted she could have a game.They refused me membership saying that, if I wanted to join I HAD to play bingo. Personally I think he let his personal dislike for me to show and so I asked to speak to the supervisor. I explained myself and was once again refused.The place looks nice as you see from the photos, but their policy seems a little off.One star for looks.

Terrible service. Advertised as £9 online but wanted £23 no response from management despite numerous emails
