Had a problem with one of the containers with a hole in it when it got delivered by DHL, phone me back a few days later to say a replacement is on his way. Great customer service will buy it again.

First time that I bought a IsoWhey protein from this company and they sent me a wrong product. But once I contacted the comapny to inform about their mistake, they exchange the product for me ithout any peoblems. They were really fast to fix the problem and they won their selfs a new customer, because I will buy from them again! They customer service is really good, and they are fast resolving any issues.

Cannot emphasize enough how much I love this company. Have ordered a couple times and love their range of Beef Isolate products - more importantly when my shipment didn't arrive and was sent back to them by Royal Mail, they jumped on my email and got my package turned around pretty much immediately with 24hr tracked delivery.Can't thank you enough for your support - will absolutely be continuing to use you guys for our protein.

Visited the store today as I am trying to improve my fitness but was a little unsure what products I would need. After speaking with the store advisor Tyler, I soon became confident in what was required and which brands to choose after being given many choices. Excellent service, great product knowledge and gave me advice on certain techniques, products that would help get the results I am looking for. Highly recommend paying the store a visit!!
