Lovely shop, cost feel and staff are really helpful.The chain is very British and does a good job of getting in the latest stop. The shop has plenty of stick as well as the odd band signing

Nice shop but had a bad experience with the security guard. I asked him where something was and when the man showed me I explained I ment something else to get well you should bloody tell me that then " not a way for any staff member to be speaking to a customer so I won't be returning which is a shame as the rest of the staff are lovely people and very helpful."

Loads of different stuff some are priced good, but the majority is still a bit pricey, but it's hmv what do you expect lol.I would lose my whole pay for that month.They have a really good anime selectionStill have loads of old school tv shows box sets like buffy ,angle ,red dwarf, Seinfeld, cheers, and many moreThey have mystery boxes, even funko pops and mangaThey have t shirts, cup, door mats, teddies, pins, key rings, and even have record players got to love the old school.

Love this store! They recently finished with re-doing the place and it looks way bigger than last time I went. Great choices in music downstairs, cds, vinyls, dvds etc. Lots of band clothes and plushes, recommend going here!

I visited recently after many years and I have to say: it’s so nice to see this store still here. Good selection of DVD, Blu-ray, 4K Blu-ray, Vinyl, Merchandise etc. One particular item I bought was £5 cheaper than online, so I was quite happy with that! I’ll definitely visit again soon :)

Really great media store, good selection of records, dvds and merchandise as well as a surprisingly tasteful collection of books. Good atmosphere and queues move quickly as well.

Why is it that in America there are no more music and video shops? This shop proves that not all are streaming. Nope. I forgot how great is is to be surrounded by so much music! I miss the staff recommendations and stopped and looked at what they recommended. What a way to find out new music. The store is three spacious floors of music, movies and things related. Streaming may by here, but dont count out music stores just yet. Oh, and did I mention the LARGE vinyl section?? Yes!! Vinyl, vinyl and more vinyl.
