Nuovo Detailing

I recently took my r8 v10 Pluss to Aaron. The car was pretty immaculate before but went mainly for engine bay and a ceramic coat. It got a full machine polish, ceramic on the body and engine bay. He also done the interior and treated all the leather. He was able to being out the hazing on rear lights and also made the carbon look like glass. I cannot recommend him enough. His prices are nothing for the hard work and dedication he puts in. He will now be the ONLY person to touch my car. Will also be going to him for PPF soon aswell. Thankyou to Aaron and the team.

Just had my BMW safe washed, polished and Ceramic coated. This is the second car I’ve had detailed by Aaron and I couldn’t be happier both times. Amazing results and customer service both times. Aaron and his team provided an in depth, high standard detail on my car, even managing to squeeze me in over the weekend. I had a two-stage polish and ceramic coating, finished with an engine bay detail and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Being an older car, I wasn’t expecting top standards, but it looks like new! The value for money at Nuovo Detailing is unmatched and I would high recommend Aaron to anyone.

I am very happy with the results of the detailing. The interior of my car was cleaner than it had ever been. The outside was clean but having lots of stone chips on the car highlighted the faults by how much cleaner the car was now. The price is on the high side for me, but it's been maybe 15 years since my last car was detailed. But I would say that overall the service is on par with the reviews. And as a bonus the owner was very Affable and Convivial to my needs.

Aaron at Nouvo detailing is probably the most unskilled ,dishonest and unreliable tradesman i have ever met.He has ruined my brand new range rover and devalued it considerably by doing a terrible PPF wrap.He charged 50% of the job up front so that he could order the film in and was meant to return the car after a week. A friend had used him to wrap a bumper so i reluctantly agreed to pay this up front fee.He kept the car for four weeks and added over 100 miles onto it . He then cancelled on three separate occasions when delivering it back despite being told it was needed for an important engagement.He was meant to drop the car on the Wednesday and cancelled, he then cancelled on the Thursday and on Friday morning he wasn’t answering his phone at all . I left to go to my engagement only to be contacted two hours later to say he was dropping the car off and needed the rest of the money paying immediately.He continued to message me throughout the day asking for payment despite the fact I hadn’t seen the car. On my return I inspected the car to find that the PPF had been done quite poorly.I sent him a video and Aarons initial response was that it was perfect when it left his workshop and the sun must have caused it ? He then said i must have parked it somewhere?He insisted that I settle the remaining balance so that he could put a warranty claim into EXPEL to order some new film. He also added £500 onto the outstanding balance that hadn't previously been mentioned.Look at the pictures below this is meant to be a trained Expel PPF technician. There's meant to be an invisible protective film that is discrete on the car. No receipt was issued, so i don't even know what EXPEL product is on my car , no paperwork was given or the ten year guarantee that's meant to come with EXPEL.The cars been independently inspected by three body shops, the response ranges from laughter to just shock at how bad the workmanship is on such an expensive car.He has offered to redo the car again but i have declined. He has no insight into how bad his work is and has lied on multiple occasions to me. With the mileage put on the car , the lies and the bad job i just cant trust him to deliver.I had initially offered just to settle for a £500 refund on the extra he charged me just to get rid of him. He can't even be trusted to do that.I've now been chasing him since July for this money and he's continued to ignore my calls and messages. He messaged two weeks ago to say he'd return the money and hasn't. This is about the fifth time now he's agreed to pay me this back. Its now September.I've finally decided to go down the legal route to get a full refund and reported the matter to EXPEL. He simply doesn't care once he's got your money .There are two other reviews here where he's damaged another new car and some poor lady has had to chase him for 3 months for a refund.If you love your car like i do , do not invite this person into your life , you will regret it. I look at my car now and get really angry instead of feeling the joy i once did.

Collected my car today from a full whole car XPell ppf job, and the results are amazing, I cannot fault the job or workmanship it’s transformed my car, given me great piece of mind it’s protected.Aaron has been faultless from the start, kept me well up to date with the progress, sent me photos during the process, ceramic coated the ppf for me, I’ve got my car back absolutely faultless. I’m over the moon. Truly amazing service start to finish. Aaron mate thank you.

Excellent service From Aaron, let me knew what was happening and what could go wrong when doing the PPF. I like being kept informed when something is being done to my vehicle!! Happy with the results will go back for more work to be done on my car thanks again

Great whilst talking you into buying a service from him but when you change your mind and ask for full refund which was an option he offered before i paid ,he then messed me around for 3 months getting over 600 back so yeah would avoid and go somewhere with better service all round rather than just taking money and trying not to return it and lying to me twice about retuning it before I had to get my bank to do it for me. Absolutely poor quality all round from Aaron the owner. And having a dog on site is not professional!
