I had my first session of Reflexology with kate, have to say was quite worried having my feet touched but I was totally blown away from the whole experience. Kate is such a gentle caring person and I would highly recommend this treatment for overall well-being. Amazing results!!!

I have been visiting Kate for about a year for reflexology. Kate is extremely professional, patient and welcoming and the reflexology is heavenly. I have Osteoarthritis and painful joints and the reflexology helps with both the painful swelling and fluid retention. Do not hesitate to book an appointment with Kate, the whole process is relaxing and soothing.
