My wife and I were very sad to loose her 30yo companion after 21years together. We found Ed to be honest, forthcoming, and sympathetic from the beginning to the end. We are both very pleased with the end result, and are more than happy to recommend his services to other people going through such sad times in their lives.

Losing my beautiful boy was the hardest thing I have ever had to deal with. I was broken inside. But the fantastic, compassionate and understanding service I received from Ed was 5 star. It made an unbearable day easier. Ed also personally delivered my horses ashes to my home 5 days later in a beautiful wooded box with his shoes inside. I cannot recommend enough

The casket was beautiful. However I didn’t get the necklace I ordered ages ago. I have now got the refund for that. But now have to find someone else to do it. They got my horses name wrong when discussing her and then got my name wrong. Really does Makes me wonder if it’s even my horse in the casket. For the amount it cost it isn’t worth it and when you have lost your horse you want things to run smoothly. I have been very patient and understanding but had to wait months for a necklace I never got in the end then wait for a refund aswell! I understand you can get names wrong but just the icing on the cake to be honest.
