Diva Nails

Booked wife in for a pedicure and nails painted before our son had surgery to reduce her anxiety. Was recommend to come here and turn out to be the most soulless place with lack of atmosphere. Music too loud and lack of emotion. Didn’t get nails done even though this was part of the original booking. Overall they did offer to do the nail painting for free at a later time, we declined this as our day had been ruined. Lack of experience, service and knowledge is likely down to the failing of this event.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience at Diva on Thursday (9th Feb). I was 10mins early for my appt. A young lady met me at the Reception desk, told me to wait but didn't inform any of the beauticians that I was waiting, then disappeared in to a side room. At 3.40pm one of the beauticians realised that I was there & asked me if she could help me. I explained the above, but she couldn't find my appt on her system, although I had physically come in the salon the week before to make the appt. The beautician apologised & completed my treatment. I have been to Diva a few times over the years, & have not been treated in this manner, hopefully it is an isolated incident. Sorry Diva, but you can do so must better than this.

Have been going to Diva a long time. Last occasion I had gel nails done. I ripped them all off after a few days as there was so much gel underneath that it had caused hard, unsightly horrible build up. I made another app online as usual and paid deposit.I called today to change the app as something had come up unexpectedly to be told I would loose my deposit as less than 24 hours notice. I appreciate this is a business, but this was 22 hours notice for what I thought was a valued customer. I won't be back !

Great salon and very pleasant staff. I recently had my nails done for going on holiday and could not be more pleased with the service offered. Lots of lovely colours to chose from and an explanation given as to what ‘biab’ is and the difference between that and Gel. Definitely be back, highly recommend.

Amazing service, such kind staff , get my lashes , brows , nails and waxing done here don’t trust no one else , so much services to chose from , would recommend anyone to come here

First time using the nail salon and was very impressed. Lovely bright shop and Leah who did my nails was very nice. There are other treatments you can have like a massage which I will look at so will definitely be back.
