Very good firm to deal with. They supplied & fitted made to measure Venetian blinds in our home within a reasonable time after ordering and at a very reasonable price considerably cheaper than retail stores wanted for a similar quality product.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I was super worried about a ‘hard sell’ so made sure Mum was with me, but didn’t need to be at all. Very friendly sales chap, explained all the options even down to saying if I wanted I could just replace a cord (I did want some new blinds). The quote was emailed to me so I didn’t have to make any decision there and then. There was a slight delay in fitting, which they apologised for immediately and the guy fitted them yesterday. He was super friendly and helpful and I love my blinds. I would definitely use Solent blinds again and recommend to my family and friends. Thank you Solent Blinds.

We purchased the blinds in our house some 5 years ago and after this time we noticed there were some minor problems with some of the blades. I contacted Solent Blinds with regard to the problem, to my amazement they found our account, visited and dealt with the problem within days. What service!

Had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment, I was asking for 13 blinds to be measured, and all windows to have tinting put on, around 30 seperate panes. No introduction when the man turned up, hoodie on, hands in pockets and chewing gum. Really was disinterested in being there, not interested in what we really wanted doing and no advice given with regards to the product he was trying to sell. After measuring 3 windows we said he could leave. I then phoned the office and the young lady said she would pass on my complaint to the general manager, heard nothing back, maybe he was the manager. Anyhow, took my £1500 worth of work to another company, BTW they took 2 days to come and see me, from 20 miles away, not the 1/2 mile Solent blinds are. Avoid, I was told not to use them by a friend, I should have taken heed.

Really pleased. Did all my blinds, including for large french window. Their technical people were very helpful and suggested better solutions compared to other suppliers, and at a competitive price. Staff were friendly and helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process. Fitters were great and did an excellent job, leaving everything clean and tidy.

From the very first call with Kerry, the service was excellent. I was kept fully informed at all stages of the ordering and delivery process an everything was delivered to time.
