Eden Hyundai - Reading

Dealing with Abdallah was an absolute delight. He couldn't of been more helpful and kind to myself and my father. He earned my trust very quickly by being honest rather than trying to use old school sales tactics. He is an asset to Hyundai Eden and I wish him every bit of success for his future.

I can hand on heart say that this place was the most accommodating, professional, family friendly place I have been too. Today I picked up my new Kona Hybrid and the staff there were a delight. The lady (Sonja) offered me a place to sit, my son a colouring section and offered a drink. I was taken very quickly to my car to be seen (which was cleaned inside and out before I collected) by two wonderful members of staff (Steve and Abdallah) The paperwork was smooth sailing and I was on my way very quickly! Our next upgrade will defiantly be back here! 11/10

Easy booking process on the phone. Very nice waiting area and was given a few cups of tea whilst I waited. Ian in service was great. Nice atmosphere and all staff say hello. Price paid was reasonable. Would recommend

Good Customer Service, especially Tierney she makes sure your Happy & ur needs are attended to as a customer. everyone is very attentive as soon as you enter the door, small Showroom but has a Good Few Cars on Display .

What a lovely showroom to visit! I was looked after by a lovely salesperson called Aurora who was very knowledgeable. Great customer service from her. She answered all our questions patiently and was not pushy at all. Highly recommend the dealership and Aurora.

The after sales care has been non existent since we bought our car at this dealership.Whilst they're happy to sell you a car trying to get an issue resolved regarding the bodywork has been maddening.Even though the issue was pointed out and pictures taken by a member of staff on the day we picked up the car and one of the managers being there at the time who requested the pictures be sent to him.We haven't moved any further forward in 3 months and that's not without trying on our part and not a single response to any of our communications, with the last contact being made by us on the 25th October.11/12 - So the latest is that this review generated a response from Eden Hyundai and I had a call from one of the managers there on 30/11 saying that they would definitely call me back on the Tuesday 5th December as their mechanic/engineer would have been in on the the Monday 4th and they would be able to give an opinion on the work required. BUT NO CALL OR UPDATE HAS BEEN RECEIVED, so backing up my point of no interest in after sales/care.The best so far is I received a response from the owner 'KD' addressing his response to 'Hi Rishi' I'm not one to take offence and found it mildly amusing as it sums up the current experience with them. But if the reply did come from the owner then it's disappointing that they couldn't even get the customer's name right.I'm just so disappointed in Hyundai as my expectations were so much better than I've experienced.

Easy to deal with, great communication and a simple process. Knowledgeable staff and not at all pushy. Callum gave us all the information we needed, and followed up multiple times after sale to ensure we were happy. Highly recommended.
