Always helpful and knowledgeable staff, huge choices on stock, if they don't have it in, it can be ordered speedily. On the last couple of occasions their products have beat online prices. My favourite location for your MX related purchases.

they are happy to sell you a bike but the after sales is crapand as for getting stuff on warranty it takes ages they don't even ring you to let you know where the part is i will not be going back there ever again

Nic Is a useless arrogant person, has no time for customers, absolutely zero custom after sales care. Completely unresponsive to messages, just takes your money and dose the dashI'd avoid this company, there only interested in sales, getting a deposit, getting it sold then shutting the door on you

Tried to book my bike in for work to be done as it was recalled by Kawasaki and they're the nearest garage to me that is registered to repair off-road bikes. I was fobbed off many times, they only had one mechanic that's on holiday half the year bla bla bla. Couldn't ever give me a date to do the work. Kawasaki even called them to ask them to call me to arrange to do the work and they still didn't get in touch. They don't want the work. Wouldn't recommend to anybody I'd rather travel the 3 hours it's going to take to get to the next nearest garage in South Wales.

Nice bikes nice showroom way over priced to dear even for the scrapper ir doer uppers second hand parts are discusting prices.i thought the one who wore the the mask and stripey jumper stood the customer side of the till.iv put 2 stars for the 2 goid things about this place.

Phoned up about some tyres , explained to the girl what i wanted so she said she would have a look on the system. After being on hold for 5 minutes I got put through to another department who put me back through to the off road section , a man answered who asked what i wanted and i explained that a girl was looking for me on the system . He said that there wasnt anyone looking for me and that the girl wasnt there. I explained again that there was and he said no there wasnt . Is this some kind of joke , I have spent thousands at DK Motorcycles and will never be returning with my business. DONT WASTE MY TIME.

in my experience with these to start with was great went and looked and put a deposit down for a crf450r 2006 was told it would be track ready". when i finish payment i did ask if i could see it running before my last payment but that never happened.on the day going to pick the bike up lets just say it wasnt track ready and they could barely kick it in when they did you could tell nothing had been done on this bike.Anyway after getting home couldn't kick it in when i did i couldn't get it to stay idle as it hasnt been setup (but track ready right)

Bought an absolute gem of a bike off these guys. Bike is perfect, very well prepared and presented and doesn't miss a beat. This is the second bike I've bought from DK and the first occasion was just as pleasurable an experience.Staff are very helpful and accommodating and the store has bikes as far as the eye can see and plenty of stock and equipment.Thanks Nick - pleasure dealing with you. Highly recommended.
