Great communication throughout the process and great time keeping. The whole job was completed on time. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Powermax boiler broke down in our flat and Kirk was able to get us a quote the following day, which was by far the most competitive quote we received. We then got the boiler replaced the following week with no issues at all. Communication was great and kept us in the loop the entire time. I would 100% recommend Kirk if your boiler needs replacing!

Had Kirk repair a boiler for us at one of our properties, he sourced there parts and had the boiler working the next day. We are really grateful as our tenants had a young child and they had no heating or hot water and this was fixed in a quick time considering the parts needed. We called Kirk to rectify fault with our boiler which stopped turning itself on. It was an old boiler and Kirk diagnosed that it needs a new pump and that water tank is leaking. Instead of investing in an old system we asked for a quote for new combi boiler. As a matter of urgency Kirk fit us in within his busy schedule and fitted new boiler with his team for very affordable price! Professional and friendly approach from Kirk and his team at all times, definitely will use them again for servicing and future needs of boiler maintenance.
