Very impressed was greeted and felt welcome from entering the building. I had 2 teeth removed was painless and treated very well. Thank you to the team.

The dentists who looked after me today was fantastic. Relaying all my options and putting my mind at ease, ensuring what needs to be done (in the short term) will be done over the next couple of days. Excellent service.

The doctor I met day she was lovely and they welcome me well at reception over all I will say they are lovely people.

Used to offer decent care but that was along time ago now it's all about the money how many people they can push through.Any work that requires time and they recommend the dental hospital their equipment looks worn as does the premises would not recommended for anyone wanting decent medical care.

Absolutely brilliant. I was so scared going in because of previous dentists but the dentist at Jem made me feel very comfortable and safe. She did an amazing job. Thank you

My 11month old daughter had an appointment for 4pm. We were running late due to traffic and i called to say this. We arrived at 4:05pm, got in at about 4:07pm the receptionist said the dentist wouldn’t see us because we were late. I tried to explain that first of all it’s difficult with an 11month old, plus traffic but she said the dentist totally refused. I am a single mom and i spent 11pounds (that I didn’t have) on Uber just to keep this appointment. They didn’t even send a prior notice to say not to come late and they didn’t bother to put human feelings into their services. This is awful and i am stressed mentally cos of this attitude.

Fantastic experience!! I even requested to register with Jem Dental care for my dental checks though living 9miles away from the dental surgery.Staff from Receptionist to Dentists were very helpful, welcoming & friendly. Excellent service!!

Update:On that day, when my appointment was rejected, I left this clinic. And visited another one dental practice. So.. I have a bill for £1000, and 2 teeth with bad infection, which will probably be removed... My own conclusion is that even one star is too much for this practice.. Be careful here.***I'm so disappointed with this practice, honestly. After my dentist (Craig) left this practice, every visit here makes me feel bad. In 1 year, I had 3 different dentists. Every time, I'm waiting for my dentist up to 20 minutes after booked time for me. And never said sorry. Today, after 4 years with them, I late, at exactly 5 minutes, and I tried to inform them that I'm in traffic, and I will be late, but my call can't be connected. So, my appointment was refused. It's not right how I think, because nowhere said about 5 minutes policy. Another thing, when on last year after other dentist (her name Tsvetanka, she said that I'm so lucky that she will do treatment for me, that she is nr1 in UK), so after her work all filings felt out after month, and on this side where she worked about year I feel discomfort feelings, how I think she done wrong injection for me, because it was different injection, new one for me, which she injected in the middle of jaws, and many times I mentioned about this, but they just don't listen. After a week, I felt very bad, in gp said that I got an upper tract infection, which destroyed my health for 2 months. All left side of my face was in pain, exactly after this new injection. About year I still have numbing feelings on this side. My upper and bottom jaws on left side were in pain 8 months. I called them, asked for help many times, after 8 months they done extraction for me, which lasted about 20 minutes, and I waited so long in daily pain, I really don't understand. On 1 treatment seriously, I also mentioned to them that now I'm so stressed about my tooth condition. Most of my last treatments here I awaited more than 3 months. Once my treatment disappeared in their system.. Today, after this refused treatment for me due 5 minutes late policy, I'll not be so kind as before. I waited for every treatment and never said any word to them. And I have always been on time before. And as I'm working with clients too, for me is important customer service too.
