The call to Adrian Flux insurance was excellent. I was transferred to the breakdown department. It would have been even better if the call handler had warm transferred me to save me going through data protection again as it's my phone bill that's racking up. The breakdown handler was friendly, understandable and knew what to do. The recovery company sent out a technician initially to check the issue but then said they would arrange a recovery. It's a good job I rang the recovery dept because no recovery had been reported. I received a text telling me the eta of the recovery truck for 2 hours later. After several hours and multiple calls to Yorkshire Recovery and Flux breakdown the recovery arrived. I was actually roadside and cold for over 4 hours and was expected to arrange alternative arrangements for my anxious rescue dog. Added stress to an already stressful situation. If your drivers carried antihistamine type wipes it would reduce anxiety all round. Overall not the best experience but the onwards recovery, whilst an hour layer than the text suggested eta was appreciated.

Brilliant service. The only insurance company who offered me the policy that I needed, and I had spoken with several! My car is imported, so needed specific cover.Price was also reasonable. Customer Service was outstanding, thank you Abbie! Will definitely recommend this company from now on.

The pluses would include a nice girl who served me. The conversation took place in a friendly, calm atmosphere. I resigned from the services of the two previous companies because of the rude treatment of the client and the lack of commitment in the conversation.The downside, unfortunately, is the uncertainty of costs. I asked clearly in a telephone conversation for the final cost of the entire insurance and I was manipulated into additional costs and the whole thing came out much more expensive. I feel disappointed. Also, a lot of spam and unnecessary email hassle comes from this company. Really annoying

Not overly impressed with the service after being loyal. Once they got your business the service drops. Charged me £35 to change my address, took the phone agent 30 seconds to straight swap it. When I asked why £35 for such an easy update I was told “some address changes need to be passed on to another department”Mine didn’t, but still had to pay for it.There’s better out there

Following a disappointing experience with a rival insurance company, AF are a breath of fresh air! I have no plans to claim, but, in the event of a horrible happening, I feel I would have no worries. This company was a life-saver. I needed short-term insurance during home renovation (buildings only) and I was finding it impossible to source it. Adrian Flux were great. They answered the phone quickly, I spoke to a real human being (a massive plus; wish I could remember his name) and this person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a policy a few minutes later, offered some useful bits of advice and I was all set. Superb service.

The best experience I have had insuring a vehicle. The operative understood the uniqueness of the camper and showed enthusiasm for the project and advised ways in which i could keep the premium at a minimum.

Excellent! Rang on a Sunday morning, was quoted quickly and reasonably for insurance on my '51 Nash, 20 minutes later was road legal! Hassle free and competitively priced. Highly recommended!
