Her friendly demeanor put me at ease right away, and I felt confident that I was in good hands.I trusted Andreea to give me a wonderful style, and she certainly delivered with flying colours. Her expertise and attention to detail were impressive, and I was thrilled with the end result. NOT THE PLACE FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL.We couldn’t work out why after the 6 suggested sessions there was hardly any difference. Especially as the top machine in the industry is used and I’ve had this machine used before on a small patch and it worked. It was when we spoke to someone in the know they asked how long each session had been - 20 mins. They laughed and said of course it would work for a small patch of facial hair but not a larger patch - and this is where cheap deals fall down. They look like a good deals but the time given for the treatment is so ridiculously short - it makes no difference. Lesson learnt but £600 lost.

They seem kind and reliable but they are not. They removed my very expensive hair extensions and didn’t ask me wether I wanted to keep the hair and kept it in their recycled hair bin. I booked an appointment twice to come after and fix the issue willing you pay for it, they wasted my time and money. I came for the second reservation and the only hairdresser was sick again and they didn’t even bother to call meOr send me an email. I wasted my time and money again. The hairdresser who was a man was touching me inappropriately all the time while doing my hair, is amazing I have to pay for a service to be touched and talked to in a way I don’t come to hair salon for. Not recommended at all!!

I've been doing anti-wrinkle injections with Janet few times already and left very happy. It is pain free and last for more then 6 months. She is very friendly person and amazing terapist. The salon is very clean and trendy, incredibly helpful staff. I can't wait for my next appointment.

I had a balayage with Janet and am so pleased with the results. I wanted to get rid of the bleach and return to a golden sunkissed look. She really delivered and kept my hair looking super natural. Everyone was super friendly and products smell incredible. Will definitely be back after Summer! Thank you

I booked a pedicure with Gabriella on very short notice via Treatwell and it was an absolute pleasure to get my nails done with her. The salon is very clean and Gabriella is super nice, we chatted a lot and she made me feel like I was talking to a friend and not to someone I just met. She also gave me a perfect pedicure, exactly how I wanted it to be. A week in and it still looks perfect! I will definitely book her services again!

I normally don’t write reviews but I wanted to write one this time- as I was nervous because of a previous review I saw after I made my booking.However I had an amazing experience getting my hair cut here; the ladies are all very welcoming and friendly and it is a great atmosphere. The salon is beautiful and the prices are good for the area and quality of service you receive. Will definitely be coming back!
