Decent dealer , very honest and very friendly.Resolved the problem in the same day of finding the issue also offered me an updates which I wasn’t aware of that could be beneficial from other dealer I was with .From no on only with them , definitely recommend, amazing customer service overall.

Get your clutch and dual mass flywheel replaced by and independent garage as genuine ford parts only last for just over 9k miles on my transit… 14 days out of warranty TC Harrison’s and Ford not interested… with being nearly double the price of an independent.. disgusting service

Very disappointed with my experience with this branch at Huntingdon I was trying to buy a puma st from this site had a very aggressive salesman called Adrian dealing with myself. This salesman was telling me I had to come straight away to see the car I live 2hours away and was constantly pressuring me to buy the car straight away, I worked this out as it was coming to end of the month so he wanted another sale very aggressive then came the talk regarding my px vehicle telling me it better be in the condition I described it! Then came the best sales pitch you better buy it today as tomorrow the vehicle is going to another site and the price will increase in a very aggressive manner. When I asked to speak to a manager he told me his in a meeting and would ring me back the manager never did! However next day Adrian rang me being all polite saying we got off on the wrong foot and could I do the deal. I waited until the car went to spalding branch and bought the car from them how different I was treated by mark the manager and Steve the salesman at spalding

Bought a used car from here. Liked that there wasn't the usual salesman pressure. Knocked a few hundred off the asking price to get a level we were happy with. Can't complain.Will use the garage for repairs/services now I have a Ford :)
