Very rude receptionist, went to pay for my appointment to be told I would need to give a £20 deposit for my next hygienist visit? Confused I asked why when I had already done this 12 months beforehand, I was then told that it had been used? My question was how when I had paid full price on both visits I had made, when she realized her mistake all I got was a tut and not even the hint of an apology for her mistake, more training is needed in customer relations.

Always a pleasure to go to the Dentist. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.Your treatments and Xrays are shown on the computer screen and are explained thoroughly on what it all means,along with pricing,so you don't get such a big shock when it comes to paying.Lovely environment, very clean and tidy also.

Excellent care from Nadyn for my son whilst he had his teeth straightened with invisilign and had 2 veneers. Nadyn is a very friendly and compassionate dentist.
