How refreshing it is too have found such an extraordinary store as Paper Tiger. While searching for a gift for family in Edinburgh I found Paper Tiger a store that inspires with its products and ethics. Living in a different country, I am thrilled to say how amazing the staff were in supporting my purchase, they were professional, exceptionally efficient and it felt like dealing with family. I love that they are a small independent brand with altruistic values. The variety of products is also a credit to them. After reading the overall positive reviews, I'm even more disappointed with the purchasing and customer service experience I received with Paper Tiger.I received a defective product and contacted Paper Tiger by email to resolve this issue. Barry adopted a dismissive attitude towards me and made me feel like it was my fault I was sold a defective product. His manner was condensing and down right rude and has made me regret supporting a small business with my custom.There are many other shops similar in Edinburgh and online that will provide similar products but with a pleasant customer service experience. Shop elsewhere :)

My favourite place to buy little gifts and trinkets! It has a great selection of Jellycats, gift cards, novelty gifts and Snoopy items!!

This is such a lovely little shop, packed with a wonderful selection of greetings cards and quirky stationery, gifts and toys. It's a nice place to buy souvenirs too. The stock and wonderful window displays are updated frequently so I go back quite regularly. Just be warned - its pricing is towards the higher end so your wallet will feel the pain if you're a stationery fan and you go too often...!

Fantastic selection of gifts and stationary. Really excellent range of cards too. I could spend hours finding gifts for pretty much everyone here. Probably a little more expensive than getting stuff on Amazon but supporting a local bricks and mortar shop is worth it in my opinion.

There is 1 reason and 1 reason only that this place gets three⭐️....PRICE,its Extortionate.The place itself is lovely and easy to wander round the products are unique and individual,the staff are very friendly,knowledgeable and welcoming,BUT who can actually afford to buy much here?If you can afford to,it's the place for you.Check out the Jelly cat range it made me giggle
