The space is very well used and is well stocked with a large selection to choose from. Can be a bit tight when there's a few people in the shop. I don't like that they're now copying Tesco with the loyalty card exclusive prices. Staff can be hit or miss. Some are very friendly and helpful whereas others aren't too bothered about serving. Still a handy place to grab a cold drink.

I couldn't believe the range of hair products they had for black natural hair. I'm so used to settling for products that aren't made for my natural hair type, it was so heartwarming to see a whole selection of products I could use. I discovered a new deep conditioner which I would have never come across otherwise. It was lovely to be acknowledged as a customer with different needs to what is considered normal, I was speechless. Thank you xx

Why is it closed on 5th January 2023? Was there at 10am and doors locked but on the poster with opening and closing times doesn’t say 5th being closed! :(

Much different to how it was back in September 2021 the customer service has gradually worsened

Easy to get around and very friendly and helpful colleagues.

The store doesn’t open until 9am on any weekday, which isn’t very convenient for those commuting to work from the station and needing to pick something up at the start of their day.

Could not find the store. Do not think it exists anymore.

I went there to quickly pick up hand sanitiser before travelling long distance. I literally only had 5 mins b4 my train left so rushed in and asked the supervisor (the one that walks the floor) where they. She could see I was in a rush and getting stressed but made no effort to show me where the sanitiser was. Furthermore, she deliberately went to the front of the queue just as I was to be served to buy things 4 herself. Obviously, this added to my stress and everyone in the queue was getting frustrated. Finally, another cashier became available (the supervisor was still chatting and giggling with her cashier mate) i told her I was in a hurry and, instead of helping, she deliberately took her time, slowly opening the till, slowly taking money and slowly giving change - it was like slow motion. They work in a railway station for heavens sake they need to recognise people maybe in a rush! So, if you have loads and loads of time then maybe Superdrug could be an option but if your rushing to get a train.. forget it!!! The staff are unhelpful and childish. I just hope the next commuter who is rushing is one of the senior management team, so the incredibly selfish individuals get their just rewards.
