Had appointment with Mehrnaz Madadi to have a wisdom tooth extracted and some cosmetic procedures.She explained everything to me as she was doing it and I can honestly say I felt no painShe is friendly caring and professional just what you need when visiting the dentist.

As always, I am very happy with the dental care I have received at Apple Tree Dentistry in Comberton. Charlie Pontikis clearly enjoys his profession and is exceptionally knowledgeable on the latest developments in his field. All the staff are friendly and professional.

I had to go in as an emergency as I was suffering with chronic toothache, I felt like I was going mad!! Called in to the practice on the chance of someone being able to see me. I was very lucky as one of their clients hadn’t turned up for their appointment. The receptionist Grace & the nurse Pria agreed to ask the dentist, Adrian Jacques, if he would see me instead, thankfully he said yes. I can’t tell you how grateful I was, when you’re in agony with pain like that you really need help. They worked as an amazing team to help me & I will always be so grateful to all of them. Adrian is the best dentist I have ever seen, he is so kind, caring, professional & had to put up with me crying in pain. What a wonderful chap & how lucky are we to have him at this practice. Thank you Apple Tree for all being such stars, you really are great.

Over a few months Charlie has replaced all my silver fillings with white fillings. I’m really pleased with the result! Charlie was extremely thorough and took great care to ensure I understood the process. Thank you Charlie!

Very happy with my check up with Dr Charlie today. He was very thorough in his examination and has a keen eye for detail in his treatment planning. From one Dentist to another, I know I’m in good hands.Also extremely impressed with all the staff working there, especially Mo (dental nurse) who is oh so lovely and funny and took really good care of me.Looking forward to starting my treatment!

Extremely unprofessional, DO NOT USE!I was a patient at Appletree Dentistry for years since I was a child, unfortunately 2 bad experiences have now caused me to leave this review. I came to the dentist with a small issue of a piece of popcorn in my teeth, after them poking and prodding around I needed multiple appointments to try and resolve the issue they had caused including a hygienist appointment. The issue was resolved after an operation at Addenbrookes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after this.Now nearly 3 years on after these treatments I have asked to book a check up and been told I cannot as there is an outstanding balance on the account. I knew I had paid, but really couldn't think back to the day exactly. After chasing my bank and even taking a trip to town to sort this issue I notified the practice it wasn't something that could be resolved.After dealing with Beth she gave me confidence we could get the issue resolved, unfortunately after receiving a rude phone call from Sarah-Jane not willing to help I have been forced to right a written complaint and leave my feelings known. It seems I am not the only customer these things have happened to. Such a shame they would treat their local regular customers like this.Stay clear of this dentistry.

I’d like to say a big thank you to Dr Charlie Pontikis. Charlie did an amazing job at transforming my smile. I’ve had teeth whitening, Invisalign and composite bonding on my front two teeth. I’m very happy. I’m so grateful to have a Dentist that listens to me and gives great advice. Going forward I know that I’m in very good hands.

Had an amazing experience. Was quicker and more painless than actual braces. Dr Charlie was brilliant. He gave really clear detailed instructions on how to look after my teeth whilst using invisalign.
