My daughter and her partner was one of the very first to buy a detatched house here (cash buyers £350K) the quality of workmanship is shocking. There is a snagging list a mile long from a damaged garage door, to uneven and bumpy concrete floring to ill fitting doors. Because of the cash buy, it is proving very difficult for any correctional work to be carried out.Very shoddy workmanship.
