Aspens is a long established family jewellers of which we have used many times. We have had things repaired by them that other jewellers have said they could not fix and at a very reasonable price. If you need a repair or to purchase from a highly skilled trustworthy jeweller I can highly recommend Aspens of Woodbridge.

I would like to comment on the exceptional customer service I received from Aspens in Woodbridge. I was very upset to loose an earring that I had purchased from them during a holiday. I contacted them and asked for their help and in less than a week they identified the earring, sourced a replacement and sent it onto me. During Covid so many places have displayed disappointing levels of customer service. Thanks to Aspen for showing what can be achieved. I will definitely be returning to them in the future.

This was honestly an awful experience, the staff were so snobby! And coming from a place in Scotland where everyone is friendly the vibe was just so degrading! I felt humiliated after being in the shop and served with utter snobbiness I felt looked down upon! Don’t recommend; if you want to set a rep for Woodbridge this is the place to go.

The values and integrity of a business are often demonstrated in small gestures, rather than large ones. Today I called in for a small adjustment to the clasp of a watch strap. The watch is precious to me because it belonged to my late brother. The repair was undertaken quickly, and free of charge. This small act of kindness left a great immpression on us and reflected so well on Aspens as a business.

Very helpful service with a ring purchased for our daughter's coming birthday. The ring had to be resized and because our stay in Woodbridge was short it was sent well packaged and by special delivery to our home address in Cumbria. This is the second time we have purchased jewellery at Aspens and the second time we have received excellent service.

An excellent jeweller. Very professional with a personal and caring touch. We have purchased several items of jewellery from Aspens over recent years and always had exceptional service. Our most recent purchase was a ring for our daughter’s special birthday. Matthew was very accommodating in sourcing something specific and went to great lengths to find the perfect thing.I would recommend Aspens to anyone who is looking for a high quality piece of jewellery and superb service.

Very helpful staff. I called in today as my watch strap buckle on my Swatch had broken. They fixed it with a new buckle swiftly and without charge. I appreciated their kind gesture. Very rare to get anything free of charge these days! I highly recommend Aspens Jewellers. Thankyou.

Whilst on holiday in Suffolk I visited Aspens Jewellers to purchase a ring I had seen on their website, I had selected a few rings and asked to try these on, the lady that assisted me was kind, professional and extremely helpful. I am delighted with my purchase and will get enormous pleasure in wearing The ring.May I also note that the Aspens website is also very good and easy to navigate.
