Very good after sales service. Had a problem with Lucedo downlights purchased from Homebase and fitted as part of a refitted kitchen Feb 2018. These lights did not perform well and some failed within the 1st years retailers warranty period. These were replaced by Homebase but still periodically failed and last month 4 out of 6 were out. I contacted Luceco and was advised to write to their technical support department along with the original purchase receipt. Within a week I received a phone call from Carl from their technical support department who asked questions about whether the lights had been imbedded in thermal insulation? He also assured me that this was the first report of this problem that he was aware of. Within a week a parcel with six replacement lights arrived and now we have very good lighting again. Just have to return the faulty lights to a freepost address for them to examine. Good customer service, efficient and courteous. Well done Carl, thank you.PS just phoned their tech services again, to request lost freepost address. Spoke with James. Great company to deal with!Another light failed and I contacted Luceco tech support on 21/01/21. Spoke to Dan who requested I email a report, he thought my original set of lights were now obsolete. Next day he emailed back and stated my warranty claim had been upheld and a replacement set of lights are due to be sent out within 10 working days. Thank you Dan. As previously stated a great company to deal with.

Worked there for over a week. Freezing cold working conditions. Pressure applied with unrealistic deadlines with picking orders.Quite alot of the staff were rude,obnoxious and ignorant.

Nexus do not even pay people wages they have earnt.

Terrible place to work wouldn’t recommend it at all, employees are great, the management not so much. Management seems to always want to show authority my best advice is DONT WORK HERE!

Terrible after sales , perchased a luceco 1.5 recharging through a usb point that did not work ,as I could not contCt the retailer I went direct to them , who were no help at all even though it was a cheap purchase.I offered to return it at my cost, they did not want to know, so I would advise to buy elsewhere ,, thanks Ben

Been an electrical engineering and inspector for over 30 years so know what I am talking about. Very poor products. warranty never honoured on not 1 but 3 different types of light. Would never use them again reps change on a regular basis due to amount of problems (I was told this when a guy left and I still had his mobile number.). Yes they are cheap but as above buy cheap you buy twice or in Lucecos case every year. Try JCC brilliant after sale's service or a cheaper option Knightsbridge again cheap but they will swap if product is in warranty.

Bought a 5 M extension cable on a reel. Absolutely useless. It is impossible to reel in as is no hand grip. When you succeed to wind it in inch by inch, it Jan’s because the reel is too small.Won’t buy from this company again.

Great products and stocked everything 1 needed.
