We cannot recommend The Lodge enough. The warm, caring staff are what make it so special. Our daughter started at 7 months and her key worker Katie was so caring and professional it immediately put us at ease. She helped our daughter flourish and it was lovely to see Katie’s genuine excitement when our daughter took her first steps and started talking. She still calls Katie her ‘best friend’! The transition to the preschool room was smooth and our daughter immediately warmed to her her new key worker Chloe (also her ‘best friend’!). Chloe is very diligent in updating us and we enjoy reading her observations about our daughter and seeing the daily photos via the app. Chloe gives our daughter a lot of care and attention. Lisa has also been a great support. There are plenty of activities and crafts tailored to particular festivities throughout the year. There is also an emphasis on daily outside play plus the occasional trip to the park or library. All the staff make The Lodge a home from home, we would not hesitate to recommend.

My daughter Florence was lucky enough to be accepted into The Lodge when she was 20 months old and she is now 4. She is still so happy there. The staff go above and beyond to ensure she has a creative and fulfilling day and they send regular updates throughout the day, allowing me to see what she’s getting up to. Sian, her key worker, is so kind and has become a friend to us. I can relax when Florence is at nursery, knowing that she is being taken great care of. There is no other pre-school I would want Florence to attend. Thank you The Lodge

My son attends the Lodge nursery. It’s a great little nursery, it’s always clean and the best thing about it is that all the girls who work there are friendly and attentive and my son particularly loves his key worker Chloe! They encourage the development of their soft and social skills which is great to see rather than just a focus on the curriculum which at that young age is equally important. Overall a great place for your little one to grow, makes friends and ultimately have some fun!

We have used The Lodge for nearly 5 years for both our children. Natasha and her team do a fantastic job of looking after the children, taking the time to develop our child’s skills individually.I have always felt at ease sending my children to the Lodge each day, knowing they are in safe and caring hands. All the team have been truly wonderful at all time and the children have enjoyed making many friends there.

Our little girl has been going to The Lodge for almost 3 years now and we honestly couldn't be happier - she genuinely loves going there every day! She has developed so much from her time there, and the staff truly care about her, and work on developing new skills daily; but always in a fun and engaging way which is super important at her age.Her key person Shauna has been excellent; always happy to chat about how things are going, and any areas we could be working on at home, which we appreciate. All in all we cannot recommend The Lodge highly enough, and will be sad when the time comes for her to move on.

We are so happy with the care that our daughter receives at The Lodge and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Our daughter has a hearing impairment and I was very apprehensive about sending her to nursery as the next few years will be crucial for her development in terms of developing speech and learning to sign. We knew from the moment we looked around that The Lodge was the right place. Natasha was so kind and welcoming and the facilities are lovely with a real home from home feel. Brooke is our daughter's key worker. She has been fantastic and incredibly pro active in supporting our daughter's development and its clear that they have developed a strong bond. The same goes for the rest of the team who are also very caring and supportive, in particular Emma, Katie and Eloise (who I know), but everyone we have met has a kind word and a smile for our daughter which is lovely to see. She really enjoys her time at The Lodge and I'm so happy that we decided to send her there.

Our daughter has attended The Lodge for over a year now and we are incredibly happy. My wife was very uncertain about going back to work and leaving our daughter at the nursery we had originally chosen and after several recommendations she went to see The Lodge. She was blown away by the cleanliness, calming decor and the reassurance of Natasha and it totally changed her outlook on childcare.Our daughter has always been happy there. The baby room is a stand out. The girls working there are amazing, they have lovely toys and activities for the children, a dedicated sleep space and separate baby garden. The girls send updates several times a day including photos, which is lovely to see. We had a little trouble with the move to pre school, however, once discussed with Natasha our daughter was given extra settling in sessions, which eased the transition. They have now created a rising two’s room to smooth out the process for the children.We are very pleased with pre school too. Our daughter has learned so much since entering this room including numbers and letters and they really assisted with potty training. She enjoys her little trips out to the park as well.We would thoroughly recommend The Lodge to anyone with little ones in the area. We are sending our son in the Spring. The staff are wonderful (particularly our key workers), the place is very clean and tidy, the activities are fun and engaging and most importantly our child is happy.

We started at the lodge baby room recently and we’ve had a brilliant experience so far. The team are so lovely and take the time to talk you through your little one’s day at pick up, and they keep you updated through the app, which is so lovely when you’re missing them so much at the office.We’ve had the most contact with Brooke, Eloise, Emma and Katie and they are honestly all wonderful. Natasha the owner is so sweet too - she spotted me after drop off on our first day and hopped out of her car to give me a hug! They all really seem to genuinely care which is great peace of mind for us. Thank you to the lodge team!

Our daughter went to The Lodge from 8 months old to nearly 3 years old and she absolutely loved it, as did we. As parents we truly could have not asked for more, all the staff were so lovely, professional and really caring and our daughter really flourished during her time at the nursery and in the preschool room. Big shout out especially to Brooke and Elsie, our daughters wonderful keyworkers!

Lodge is a magical place where all the children love going to to have fun while learning new skills through an array of different daily activities. All the staff there are so lovely and caring. They truly put children happiness as their number one priority.Our baby girl joined lodge nursery at age of 6 months and hasn't fully transitioned to bottle feeding yet. As first time parents, we were nervous and worried whether our little girl Melody can settle into the new environment well. To our pleasant surprise, Melody adjusted to nursery life and the new routine within a few days. She absolutely loves all the activities and time spent at the lodge nursery. We can see from her little happy face with eyes beaming in the morning when we drop her off at the nursery. The staff also helped us to train Melody to take bottled milk and made great progress in just under a month (crawling and starting to walk). We especially want to thank Katie, Emma and Brooke from the Lodge. They are dedicated, diligent and hardworking. They update us throughout the day with pictures, videos and messages via their app. They chat to us of daily progress at the end of day at pickup. We are at ease and feel so reassured by the team at the Lodge.
