Was really easy to book the course online. From day one I was greeted at the training centre with pleasant, polite and friendly rds team. This was from the start to finishing my first aid course and SIA top up course. Ryan redfern was our training instructor, he spoke loud and clear with verbal and was excellent with all aspects of our physical training. The training I went for was extremely excellent. I am now better in managing conflicting behaviour rather than using force . Got taught on problem solving skills , how to engage in positive communication with customers. The trainer's Ryan and Sharon are just to superb as they will make someone comprehend every bit of the information they pass. They have patience in the work they are doing they love and enjoys it .
