Experienced great customer service when I visited the shop. The owner fixed my iPad Air in the such a short amount of time and I wasn't disappointed! It was also at a good price and I will be going back with any future technical problems. Would recommend.

Had an iPhone and iPad screen replaced at same time. iPhone never worked and iPad screen cracked at first opportunity. Had to re-replace both within 3 weeks. Extremely cheap parts and shoddy workmanship

Another great service by Mobile Tech replaced an old S10 battery after many years of use. It's almost brand new now. Many thanks.

Very bad customer service and using very cheap poor quality parts. Had a new screen and back put on an iPhone 2 months ago, opted for a so-called more expensive part recommended by this guy. Screen has started coming away from the phone so I went back to the shop and he tried telling me it has been dropped and it is my fault. He wouldn't do anything about it other than try charge me for another poor quality screen fitting, so I took it to another shop in which they have told me it is a common thing with using parts of this poor quality. I'm glad I didn't get another repair after finding out about the poor quality parts. This guy is a complete and utter rip-off merchant avoid like the plague.

Worst place to have something repaired. Bad attitude and very bad work. Avoid.

Great service. Went in with a cracked screen and a broken charger port. Screen was fixed and is working great, the charger port it turns out was just dirty and as it happens just needed cleaning, which he did for free. Honest and well priced. A*

I’ve been to this shop on several occasions. The staff are lovely and I cannot fault the customer service, however, twice I have had a “screen protector” fitted to my phone. And both times, my screen has smashed under the screen protector. I wouldn’t have minded if it was a one time occurrence, but I’m now having to replace the entire screen for the second time.I’m not one to normally leave bad reviews, but I felt this was justified. I’ve never had a phone smash when I’ve bought my own screen protector and fitted it myself. I’ve only had it happen here

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE FOR YOUR PHONE SCREEN PROTECTORI went in April for a safety screen cover. One of the ones that save your phone screen ‘no matter what’It was fit there and he seemed quite nice but I dropped the phone today and the screen protector saved itself but the actual screen broke I called to explain and he said no problem me had one in stock and would repair it. It was only going to cost me £60!!Surely as a gesture of goodwill and common decency this repair should have been free of charge.
