Worked there as a delivery driver for 2 weeks through cds or cdsg group , first week it was ok , second week they started giving me stops on the motorway and routes were gps was taking me on tolls were i paid from my own money and did not get refunded nothing.Third week i quit , and i expeting my first wage ( you get paid on your third week after you start) , on the Friday that i was supposed to be paid they told me i have to wait another 28 days to get paid , that’s already almost 2 months with no money at all. They sent me 3 invoices and they said to contact them just before the 28 days which i did. After the 28 days they modified my invoices adding more days of van rental which was wrong because i only rented the van for a week and added some cleaning fee of 50£ ( i took the van to the car wash before i took it back ) which resulted me getting paid 200£ less . Worst experience ever and they made everything possible to steal money from me.

Rude and unhelpful staff, stuck up and unfriendly. Only allowed one person out the car at a time. The other warehouse's are far more friendly, allow more people at a time and will be happy to help. Disappointed

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Flex pickup runs very smoothly, and team always there to help if I have app issues

I missed my appointment because of no directions to where to go,and no security at the gate...

Been doing amazon flex for 4 years. For the first time in these 4 years i’ve been left with 10 parcels because of how bad their routes are. The worst pick up point ever for Flex in binrmingham.Very low pay for the routes and all the ones i got are at least 20 miles away from Birmingham and they are spread all over the place. About 2 miles between stops and very high number of stops.Avoid if possible.

Good in staff are terrible worst Amazon flex site going

A good place to work and staff are treated with respect at all time. The warehouse is neat and safety is the number one priority.Supervisors are always ready to listen and assist with whatever challenges being faced by team members.Overall, it's one of the best places to work.

Probably the slowest Amazon depot ,at least 1 hour to get unloaded,doesn't matter how much is in the trailer...always taking their time
