I was really pleased to find this great service, after searching for ages to get the balloons I needed at a price that fitted my budget. I had also left things rather late, but Michelle instantly got to grips with my requirements and I knew I could relax.The balloons were expertly installed as arranged and everyone was impressed by the quality and impact at the venue.Thankyou so much

Each year the Children's Hospice I work for organises a Christmas Party for the Children that use the Hospice, and their families. Our usual contact for balloons was unfortunately unable to help this year, so our fundraising team recommended we got in touch with 'The Party Balloon Company' as they had done such a fantastic job with the balloons for a previous big fundrasing event. Although timing was tight, the company were willing to do all they could to help at a compettitive price. The company were very friendly and professional, we really valued their advice. They were very thorough in finding out exactly what we wanted, and we felt we could trust them on their recommendations. 'The Party Balloon Company' were brilliant at keeping us updated with their progress and confirming our requests and time and place of delivery. The balloon bouquets looked amazing, great quality and they really gave the bare hall a complete transformation. We ordered various balloon displays for our wedding and can only but praise the first rate service we had from the party balloon company. We visited their offices and they were happy to blow a couple of balloons up so we could seee the actual colours once inflated and we were introduced to the fantastic idea of the double bubble. On the day of the wedding, delivery was quick and efficient and the displays were exactly what we had hoped for - they really helped make our day! thanks guys!

A first class service from start to finish! Nothing was ever to much trouble when I rang and rather than the steep prices quoted from other establishments, the party balloon company were fantastic value for money and the product quality excellent. Our wedding reception looked stunning with the beautiful large balloons we ordered. Everyone commented.Many thanks for all your help. The local charity I work for have used The Party Balloon company a few times over the last year and they are always so helpful. The customer service is fantastic and as a small charity, we can't afford to spend too much on balloons for our special occasions, so The Party Balloon company have generously given us balloons for free in the past and more recently, gave us a significant discount on their services for a balloon arch and clusters for a big event we held.I thoroughly recommend this company for their friendly service, helpful nature and very competitive prices.

Thank you Michelle for advising about and supplying balloons for my birthday party. The party was a big success with the balloons as centrepiece. The Party Balloon Company was efficient, the balloons looked great (and remained inflated for several days!) and the cost was reasonable.

Extremely happy with the Party Balloon Company. We have used them for my daughters party and for a 60th, very helpful and having the balloons delivered to the venue was great, one less thing to think about. I did my research to find the best place to buy balloons in Ipswich and found that Michelle came out on top. Balloons are larger than other shops and lined with a gel to make them last longer. Balloon bouquets are tastefully done and all prices are very reasonable given the tiny margins that exist in balloon retail.

This is the second time I've used The Party Balloon Company and again they did a great job - friendly service and nothing was too much trouble.The balloons for the hen do looked brilliant and were delivered to the venue for me - it was all so easy!Definitely recommend The Party Balloon Company to anyone.
